"I always wanted an attractive cousin," my best friend mused as we sat in the first class of the plane flying towards England. "They always have attractive friends."

"Ew, gross," I shot back, pulling a face at her. "My cousin is not cute."

"Yeah, tell that to his millions of fans."

"Oh shut up, Blaire!" I gave my friend a punch. She faked being hurt and gave me the pouty face. "Oh, don't give me that. I am taking you to England with me." I smirked, knowing I defated her. She rolled her eyes and conceeded defeat.

"But Marilyn..." Blaire piped up, "You have to accept the fact that most girls find your cousin very attractive... Very, very attractive..." Blaire started to trail off and I snapped my fingers in front of her face to bring her back down to earth. Well, not really since we were on the plane but you know what I mean.

You're probably wondering who this 'attractive' cousin is at this point. Well, it's Niall Horan. Yup, that Niall Horan, of One Direction. My cousin and I had been super close before he went on X Factor but when he started to get big, I back off a bit. I didn't want to be involved in all that boyband mess. Today was going to be the first time I'd see him since X Factor. He called me after he saw I started to make YouTube videos. Now, you're probably thinking, why would you distance yourself from your cousin because of fame and then go and make a YouTube channel? Well, it just started as a way to let myself go but it turned into something bigger. Since he saw that, he figured I wouldn't mind the fame anymore and invited me to stay with him during Christmas break. And that brings up back to the plane.

"Just be cool when he comes to pick us up, okay?" Blaire's eyes widened. She opened her mouth to let out a squeal but I quickly covered her mouth to stop her. "Gosh, I said don't freak out, okay?" Blaire nodded with my hand still covering her mouth.

"Yeah, well, Liam is my favorite anyways..." she replied, trying to play it cool. I laugh at my Filipina friend. A little about Blaire, she was born in the Philippines to a Filipino father and an Australian mother. When she was two, just after they had her little brother, her family moved out California so her father could study medicine. She went to private school up until 7th grade, which is where we met. We had been best friends for 3 years now. When Niall invited me out to stay with me, she was the first person I thought of and convinced Niall, my parents and her parents to let her go to England with me.

"Yeah.. Don't freak out when we meet him either."

Blaire looked me straight in the eye and said, "You know I can't promise that." I started to laugh but quickly muffled my obnoxious laugh as the people across the aisle shot me a murderous look.

"I cannot begin to understand what you see in my cousin and his weird friends," I rolled my eyes.

"I thought you hadn't talk to Niall for three years?"

"I haven't seen him in three years. We kept in touch. Every second sunday of the month we skype. Sometimes those guys are with him. I've gotten to know them in ways I'd rather not." I shuddered at the last sentence. I got a chuckle from Blaire.

"Well, they're still hot! And foriegn!" I furrowed my brows at her.

"You're foreign!" I stated.

"I was two! Let it go!" Blaire and I had this ongoing joke about how she wasn't from America even though she spent most of her life there. She crossed her arms and pouted at me.

"But we'll both be foreign in this coutry!" I gave her a nudge with my elbow, trying to cheer her up. I saw a smirk on the edge of her lips.

"But I'm bored!" Blaire exclaimed, her short attentin spam kicking in.
