A tear ran down Kashi's face. Jungkook was her best friend. She loved him in the brother-like way she always did. She made him cry. She would never forgive herself. Jin had noticed her sobs.
"Jagi-"
"I need to talk to him!" Kashi shrank her heart to pull away from Jin's embrace and ran to the front door to cry in peace. As her eyes unfocused to the light of the porch, she looked out at the street, she saw a faint shape of a young man, slouched and appearing to be crying. Kashi ran to him like she'd ever run before.
"Jungkook!" she turned him to face her. That wasn't her dongsaeng's beautiful face. It was a stranger.
"Oh, I'm- I'm so sorry." and walked away, crying hard as ever. Then she felt someone's warmth on her shoulder. Could it be-?
"Oh, Jin. I'm sorry I ran away from you, I-" Jin put his finger to his lips and lowered his arm and hugged Kashi tightly.
"I know how you feel, I know what you're going through. Just stop crying. It hurts me, it makes me feel it's all my fault."
"It's not, really. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have ever liked you, then Jungkook with still be my best friend, you would still be my best friend and-"
"Shh. I will always be your friend. Your best friend. We don't have to be dating for me to support you."
"Forgive me, I love you. So much. But I can't hurt Jungkook like that. I love him- too."
"I know. I won't hurt you any longer. I'm breaking up with you."
