School! Rubbish rubbish school! Urgh I hate school! It's Friday and half way through 6th period which means 15 minutes until lunch. Science Physics that's literally all I have to say before people fall asleep !! I'm so hungry!! Today my boyfriend Brandon who I have been with for just over 2 months told me he was going to wait for me outside physics and then have lunch with me as always.

"Okay class remember to look over the notes we wrote down at the start of the lesson. You can go now" Mrs Clay announced and I think I was the first one to race out of the classroom. Hey don't diss me I'm hungry!

I have been waiting outside the physics room door for about 17 minutes now and I'm starting to die inside with hunger. Where the heck is Brandon? Oh well he has probably been kept behind after class. I'm not waiting any longer!

As I approached the dining room door my phone buzzed

Chrissie 💘- Hey Urm maybe you shouldn't go to the dining room today you know! Maybe we should meet outside and eat on the field today? Haha 😁💞

Diana 💜- I don't know what you're talking about but I'm here now 😂

I slipped my phone in my back jeans pocket and strolled through the door. My heart stopped. What's going on here? Omg no please!! Brandon had his arm around the snobbiest girl I know, Abigail, and they were having a picture taken. You know what, maybe they're just friends?! Yeah I will go with that!

I started walking over to the table to ask Brandon where he has been when Abigail whispered something to Brandon which made him laugh and turn around to look at me. I was about to smile at him when he turned back To Abigail and shook his head. Abigail looked at me and did a really sarcastic smile.

"Diana listen he-" Chrissie came to my side along with Georgia an Jake

But I cut her off "w-what's going o-on?" I stuttered as my eyes filled with tears. Ok the reason why I'm so upset about this is because me and Brandon were so close even before we started going out . He knows all my secrets and we have been through so much.

"Look I tried to make you avoid coming here and seeing this that's why I text you asking if we could eat outside!" Chrissie put her hand on my arm

"Diana listen, before you find out from someone else I'm going to tell you. Everyone is saying Brandon and Abi are a great couple so they are trying it out!" Jake shrugged. Jake, Chrissie and Georgia have been my best friends since forever.

"So they are a couple now?" I put my hand over my mouth to try and force the tears to stay in

"No not officially " Jake said

"I-I don't know what to d" before I finished my sentence Jace and Abi came behind me

"You alright there Diana?" Abigail asked too sweetly

"Yeah what's wrong Diana?" Brandon put his arm around my shoulder but I shrugged him off and ran out of the dining room.

I ran to the field and say on a bench and let my tears flow. "Why?" I whispered as I let a few sobs escape.

A few minutes later someone came and sat beside me. I looked up to see Brandon looking confused and worried. Ha worried my ass!!

"Diana what's wrong?" He asked as i turned away from him wiping my face. "Are you crying?" He asked

"No shit Sherlock " I said sarcastically

"What's goi-" before he could finish I stood up to face him and let my anger out.

"Don't even ask me what's going on because you know perfectly well what's going on!! You said you would wait for me outside class today so I waited for 20minutes and when you didn't show up I thought maybe you had been kept behind in class so I didn't mind, what I didn't expect was to walk in the dinner hall and see you being all cute and coupled up with Abigail ! So why don't you just leave me alone and go ask Abigail if she is ok?' I half shouted and sobbed

"What?" Brandon stood up to face me "so just because I forgot to wait for you and then took a photo with another girl you're getting upset?" He shrugged looked confused

"No because you could have at least told me you liked her" I shook my head

"I don't like her ok? I like you!" He put his hands on my shoulders and looked into my eyes

"Haha yeah sure" I said sarcastically

"It's tr-"

"No Brandon you know what? I'm done! Remember a few weeks ago when you chose to go to Starbucks with Tia and Libby instead of hanging with me at the game you bought tickets for? Well I think we should take a break!" I pushed his hands off me and started walking away when he ran in front of me to stop me

"No Diana please I don't want a break!" He shrugged

"Just leave me alone Brandon! Have fun with Abigail!" I walked away and this time he didn't stop me...
