Phil Is Not On Fire 5- Phan Oneshot

Prompt: Write a fic about Phil Is Not On Fire 5

"This has to be perfect, Phil.." I said nervously.

"I know, Dan, you have already said that about 10 times! We don't have to do it yet if you're not ready," Phil replied, walking across the room to me and wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I am ready, it just needs to be right. I've been putting this off for months and now that I finally have to do it, I just feel a bit scared. You know what the internet is like. Think of all the hate we're going to get, and all of the fans we're going to lose just because of this video,"

"The fans we lose because of this video are fans we can live without. If they can't accept us for who we are, they're not worth worrying about,"

I smiled faintly and kissed Phil on the forehead, "are you ready?" I replied.

Phil grabbed my hand and pulled me over to the bed, where we both sat down with our new camera pointing at us. "of course I am," he smiled and kissed my cheek.

I pressed the record button and sat back down next to Phil. "Hey guys! So today I am joined by danisnotonfire for an extra special video that we have kept you all waiting for, for a long time! This is Phil Is Not On Fire 5!" 

"You all know what that means guys, where's the sharpie, Phil? I think it's time to bring the whiskers back, oh yeah!"

"Only if I get to draw yours though," Phil looked at me and smiled.

I watched him grab the pen and lean in towards my face to draw on the whiskers. My heart started beating 10 times faster and I completely lost myself in his blue eyes. I wanted to lean in closer and kiss him, but we had only just started recording.

Phil quickly moved away from me and broke eye contact. "You have to draw mine on now," he said softly before throwing the pen, hitting me on the cheek. He rolled back onto the bed covering his mouth and giggling, he was so adorable. I smiled uncontrolabely, knowing that he was all mine.

After spending about 5 minutes meowing and answering questions, we decided it was finally time to finish off the video. The reality hit me, what I was about to do was the whole reason for making this video, and would probably effect my life quite a lot.

"So, no surprise here, the most frequently asked question in the ask box this year was 'is phan real?' and me and Dan have agreed that's it's time to address that question. Me and Dan have been dating for almost 4 years, and I hope that doesn't change your opinion on either of us, but me and Dan love each other a lot, whether you approve of that or not." He turned to me and gave a childish grin before softly kissing my lips, "I love you, Dan" he whispered,

"I love you too, Phil" I replied as a smile sneaked it's way across my mouth.

"Thank you guys for watching, and I hope to see you all back next week! Bye!" Phil smirked, and tackled me to the ground, just like in the first ever Phil Is Not On Fire. "Get off me!" I laughed, staring into his eyes.

We pressed the button to finish recording and lay back on the bed together, thinking about how far we've come together, and how proud we were.
