Budo x Reader One Shot:

This is my first one shot that I ever made. The_Blue_emerald has suggested this. I'm better at the Occult club stuff btw. I'm not that into the Martial Arts club. But anyway, Please enjoy!

Okay, on with the story:

It was my first day of school. I was a third year. I seemed to like fighting stuff, so I was going to join the martial arts club this year. I heard there was a new leader! The old one got killed by some girl, but I didn't hear who it was from the rumor.

*after school*

I decided to look for the Martial Arts club.
'Aha! There it is!' I opened the doors and walked in.
"Hello! Welcome to the Martial Arts club! What brings you here?" Said a broad voice to my left. I turn to see a muscular, yet adorable guy standing right in front of me.
"Ummm... H-hi!" Why am I stuttering? And why am I blushing? "My name is (y/n)! I was interested in joining your club!"
(A/n: I don't really know Budo's lines in the game so don't mind me...)
"Alright! Your a member now!" He handed me a belt and headband. "The outfit us in that booth right there!" He pointed to this little changing room. I went inside to change. As soon as I got out, other students started to walk in.
"By the way, my name is Budo Masuta!"
'Wow... He sure is cute!'

When everyone was changed, we started practicing kicks. As we were doing so, he shouted motivational quotes. They were actually motivating!

Clubs were over and we went home.
"Hello (y/n), what club did you join?"
"Oh, I joined the Martial Arts club."
"You be careful now, kiddo."
"Okay dad." I walk up to my room and go on the Facebook page. Nothing interesting. I put my laptop down and start reading (your choice of manga).

I was starting to get drowsy, so I put my book down and closed my eyes. All I could think of was Budo! He was so handsome and stro- hey! Don't get caught up with thoughts! Don't start thinking of him! Oh whatever, I'll just let my mind roam free...

*beep beep beep beep* I turn off my alarm clock and quickly get ready. I still have five minutes until I'm supposed to leave, but being a few extra minutes early wouldn't hurt, right? Anyway, I head out the door and look at my phone.

I arrive at school, and the only people there so far were the teachers/nurse/guidance counselor and this girl with a black ponytail running around. I changed my shoes and waited upstairs in the martial arts room for everyone to come. Soon enough, I hear footsteps come up the stairs. The doors open and I see everyone walk in.
"Hi guys!" They all say hi back.
They all change then start sparring.

Halfway until class, I start to spar with Shima. I start to throw moves at her. A few missed, but a few hit. Budo actually looked impressed!

Budo's POV:
Wow! She was actually doing good against Shima! After they were done, class was starting. I walked to class as usual. Apparently, I had the same class as (y/n)! Pretty cool! Anyway, we walked to class together.
"Hey Budo, do you have a crush?" She asked.
"No. Why?"
"Just wondering."

Your POV:
Yay! My man is on the market! Wait, what did I just say?! XD Lmao. Anyway, we got to class and took our seats. My desk was two to the right of Budo's.

*class ends*

We all go back to the Martial Arts club and start sparring again. I sat on a mat (crap, I just rhymed) and watched Sho spar against Juku. We watched them spar until it was time for Mina to try sparring against Budo. She was the highest of her class besides Budo, so she was trying to test her strength.
"Nah, I don't wanna hurt ya!"
"Aww... Come on Budo! Be polite to the lady!" Sho shouted.
"Fine, but I'm warning you!" They started to spar. We all started cheering them on. It was so cool to watch the two fight! They were doing these impossible (well at least for me) kicks and punches (I'd rather say that then say 'they were doing the impossible moves' ... It sounds wrong...😓😗) that I could never do at this rate! Wow... Budo was so dreamy when he was fighting... GAH!!! Why do I always have to think of Budo that way?! Why must my mind take over?

*after school*

We end our clubs and the teachers tell any lingering students to leave.

I go home and check the Facebook page. I see a video of today, it was Budo and Mina fighting. Wow! It got 15 likes already?! Anyway, I (do whatever on computer) until it was time for bed.

*in the middle of the school year*

It was club times after school. While we weren't even half way, we hear screams and weird noises downstairs.
"What was that?!" Shi asked. We all run downstairs to the Occult club where everything was happening. We see a flaming demon rising up from the ground, laughing insanely!
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PROTECT MY PIZZA!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT LET THE DEMON EAT IT!!!!!!!!" Chojo started screaming so squeaky like a girl.
"CHOJO! SHUT UP ABOUT THE PIZZA AND WORRY ABOUT THE DEMON!!!!!" Daku shouted.
"HEY! WHATS GOING ON HERE?!" Budo yelled upon the screaming. Everyone stopped and stared at him. Then they all panicked again, except Oka.
"Yes... I f-finally did it!!!!!" She was actually happy!!!! What the hell?!
"Hahaha... Thank you Oka. You have freed me from hell." Then he started to run off with Oka.
"Why was Oka happy?!" Shin freaked out. (EHH MAH GURD!!! SHINPAI IZ SO CUTE!!!!! Ahem... Sorry for fangirling...hue hue hue!)
"Ummm... Should we all just go home?!" I started to worry.
"EVERYONE RUN HOME! LOCK YOU DOORS! CLOSE YOUR BLINDS! PROTECT THE PIZZA!"
Daku just face palmed himself as Chojo was running in circles.
"PROTECT YOUR GIRLFRIENDS AND BOYFRIENDS YOU IDIOTS!" Budo yelled at everyone. Then he picked me up. "Come on guys. Lets go." He carried me past the gates. When he got halfway to his house, he put me down.
"Okay. I'm done carrying you now." I blushed at him while he did so.
"Uhhh... T-thanks!" I smiled at him.He smiled back at me. He's so cute when he smiles! He went into his house then I started to walk home alone. Then I hear a voice.
"Why are you in love with a fuckboy?" A girl with a black ponytail came up from behind me. "Don't say that you're not. I saw you two."
"Uhhh... Why is my life important to yours?"
"Listen to me. Don't ever give up on him and go for Taro. If you ever give HIM the goo-goo eyes, I'll slit your throat!"
"OKAY! UMMGEEZYOURSCARINGMEIM
GOINGTORUNHOMENOW!" I ran and never looked back to see if she was there.
'Phew! I got away from that psycho! Geez! She sure is scary! Anyway, I texted Budo.
-meet me at the cherry tree after school.- (y/n)
-okay- Budo
It was Friday tomorrow. That's when I would tell him my feelings.

*next day*

It was almost time. I was getting ready. I was in the bathroom looking at the mirror.
'Phew. You've come so far, you've written the letter, and you are hopefully going to have Budo to yourself!'
"Alright. Time to go." I ran to the tree, not even breaking a sweat. Finally, I see Budo in the distance. He walks up the hill, looking at me. I blush at him.

As soon as I started talking, rise petals started to fall around us.
"So, what did you want me to meet you here for?"
"Budo, I... I love you!" I held out the letter and looked at him blushing. He took the letter and stared at me.
"(Y/n), I...I... I love you too." He hugged me. It felt like no other feeling I ever had before. No one ever excepted my feelings before...

Afterwards, we went home and watched Kung Fu Panda 3  together. I felt like I was the luckiest girl alive. I loved Budo, and now I had him to myself.
