Popular Opinion (I think): All gyms should be air conditioned.
Why - I CAN'T STAND IT WHEN I DESPERATELY TRY TO WARM UP MY MUSCLES AND THEY JUST CLAM UP BECAUSE OF THE COLD!! I AM NOT RUNNING MY BUTT OFF TO BE HAVE MY SWEAT FROZEN ON ME! To be honest I can not function when I and sweating, and then all of a sudden I am cold...I end u------. I do that. I freeze in place as a shiver goes down my body like I just got possessed by a FREAKIN GHOST!
