Olive had been with Otto all day because they both got the day off. Olive had enjoyed being with Otto. Maybe a bit too much. She started to wonder if she wanted to be friends with Otto or if she wanted to be something more. Otto had been wondering the same thing lately. They decided to tell each other how they felt.
"Otto, there's something I need to tell you," Olive said.
"Funny, because there's something I need to tell you," Otto said.
"I really like you."
"I feel the same way."
"Do you still want to be friends or do you want to be, you know, something more?"
"I think I want to be something more."
Olive laughed and kissed him on the cheek.
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
