<<Hoseok's POV.>>

"Oh I'm fine, you're the one that's crying!"
She replied slightly chuckling while handing me some tissues.

"Well that song does have some significance to me, my dad actually taught me how to play this. I think at the age of 8?"
Hyemin replied while gently wiping the piano off of any dust, having such a gentle presence doing that.

But what amazes me the most, is that she learnt how to play that piece at such a young age. It's like she treated every single note with absolute care, and love. I don't know what I'm trying to say, but like you know! She just had that aroma about herself, which was both suffocating and yet elegant.

"Wow, so you've been playing for 8 years now!?"
I obnoxiously shouted, without much consideration that other classes were still going.

"Yeah, I have been!"
She kindly laughed at my loud reaction, which myself was surprised that she didn't scold me or something for being so loud.

"You should teach me something, sometime, if you have time! If not that's alright as well, you must be busy with being one of three prodigies!"
Replying with empty excuses rolling off the tip of my tongue, honestly I really just wanted to hide my embarrassment.

She hadn't said anything, she didn't reply, absolutely nothing. And the smile that was on her, slowly started to fade away. I could only stand there in shock, of this whole situation. Just as I was about to break the ice, she opened her mouth to speak.

"Can I ask you something, Hoseok?"
She asked me with a confused and hurt expression, caked on her face. Yet completely still, but her emotions wild.

"Ne, go ahead."
Was honestly the only thing I could say, I was shocked at what was happening.

"Do you know what the "three prodigies" actually mean?"
She asked, as if she was looking directly at me. But what I mean by that, is as if she was asking my heart. I could feel her emotions and thoughts flowing without control, as if they were a bomb ticking away. Which left me stunned and unsure of how to answer her.

"No, I thought it had something to do with your outstanding grades and all. But I do apologize in advance if I'm wrong."
I nervously replied while scratching the back of my neck. Yahh, I really didn't know what to say. I never thought this would've happened honestly. So I'm at a loss for words really. She suddenly looked up at me with this empty hurt smile. But it seemed as if she didn't want me to see that she was hurting, yet I could see right through her.

"It's neither bad nor good really-"
She spoke just as the bell rang for lunch time, and her contact evaded within the short seconds of the bell. Leaving me at a suspicion of what she was going to say.

"Oh it seems like it's time for lunch already! Let's make our way back to class, Hoseok-ssi"
She said obviously faking that she's upset at what I said, but trying her best to not make it so awkward between us two.

Aish stupid bell.

Yah, Hyemin! You should've told me earlier.
