Maya's POV
I walked slowly, hoping no one would notice me with my head looking down while I sort of tried to find Locker #117.
All of a sudden I felt a light tap behind me.
"Hi! I'm Riley."
"What do you want?" I responded
"Oh well I was wondering if you want to sit next to me in lunch! Since you seem new."
"I'm fine. I don't need an invitation by Miss. Preppy, Happy, or Geeky." I replied.
She smiled. I wondered why because when you receive a rude answer wouldn't you frown? I guess that's how I thought.
Austin's POV
"Heey, babe uh I have to go-"
"uhm WHERE are you *clears throat* going exactly ?"
"Just my locker... Alone."
"Well okay, but return! I mean, just take care okay!!"
"I will.. Mom " I replied while we laughed
I ran off to my locker knowing the new girl would be lost and I guess my locker was the first place I thought of going at the time.
I finally was at my locker after speed walking to find locker #116. I saw a familiar face helping out the new girl. It was that cheerleader.. named Riley. She had short brown hair that glared as the sun reflected to it from the window. I heard Riley talking to "the new girl" and the first thing I could hear was
