I can't believe this asshole got me in trouble on the first day of school. When I get my hands on him I'm gonna make sure he knows not to mess with me.
"Explain what happened to me again" I heard as sat in the principal's office.
"She punched me in the face" Tristan said yelling
"No yelling please calm down" Principal Ryans said
"What the fuck do you mean calm down. She probably broke my nose I'm gonna sue her"
"I'll like to see you try you son of a bitch" I told him
"ENOUGH" Mr. Ryans screamed
"Listen all four of you detention"
"WHAT?!!!" We all yelled
"But I didn't even do anything" Ari said and she looks like she's gonna cry
"If you didn't do anything Ms. De Grasse than why are you here?" Ryans said
"I don't know I was just trying to help my friends but I didn't do anything for me to get a punishment of detention" Ari told him
"I don't even know why I'm getting detention"
"You punched a student Ms. Jones that is against the rules which states that there should be no physical violence"
"He called me a slut and that is a reason to punch him"
"Well that is a reason to get detention" He fired back
"I shouldn't get detention also" Kris said
"Yes you should you were in the middle of this" Tristan said
"No I wasn't. You started it"
"I don't care who started all of you get detention except Ms. De Grasse and that's final" he said " now get out of my office" he finished. We all walked out of his office and we all made our way to our class
"You better watch your back Mackenzi you won't know what hits you" Tristan said and walked away
"I swear if I ever get the chance to kill him I'll do it in a heartbeat" I hissed out and we quietly shuffled into out next class which was AP Geometry. Classes went by really fast soon it was time for lunch and Kris Ari and I walked into the cafeteria and sat down at our regular table that we've been sitting at for the last three years. We went to the lunch line we didn't even had to wait in line because like always everyone moved and let us skip. We got our lunch except for Kris who always brings her own healthy snack from home. She used to bring for us but we told her not to anymore because unlike her were not health freaks.
Lake City High was one of the best High School in our town. All of my siblings went to this school and they turned out successful with the great academics. My older sister is in her last year of law school. She married a year ago to her husband who's like a decade older than her and had a double wedding with her best friend Lana De Grasse. Lana who got pregnant in high school also turned out to be an interior designer. My brother Jackson also did great he's a junior at Yale University. My parents are Jenna Lee Jones who is a Lawyer and my dad Marc Jones is a movie producer and is very well known in the industry. My dad and I aren't really close and because of him that I'm the way that I am. When I was little I always felt resented by him. My mom on the other hand is always there for me she's like another best friend that I never had.
Ari's mom and my mom knew each other when my mom went to Paris when Jemma was just born they met there and became best friends. My mom later met Kris' mom when she had spent an extra year in college because she took a year off when she had Jemma and thus a beautiful friendship was blossomed between the trio.
"What are we gonna do for Halloween?" Kris asked
"Why are you even thinking of Halloween? It's like a whole month away" I said
"Yeah I know but it's better to be prepared" Kris said in a a duh tone
"Can we talk about something more interesting" Ari said
"Ok. Ok fine" she rolled her eyes
"I know this might not be interesting but Jackson is coming back" I said
"Really" Ari said quickly "I mean why?" She composed herself
"I don't know apparently something happened and he's transferring colleges"
"When is he coming?" Kris asked as she finish the last of her lunch
"He's coming back Saturday"
"Saturday? That's tomorrow" Ari said
"Yeah and I'm gonna pick him up"
"Can I come?"
"Can I come too" Kris asked
"Sure" I said and finished my lunch
"Wait. Aren't you still grounded?" Kris asked
"Yeah but since my parents aren't gonna be here they asked me to do it" I said after I'm done taking a mouthful of my Lemon Lime Gatorade.
"Don't you have drivers that can pick him up"
"Yeah but I begged my brother to ask my parents if I can pick him up"
"Oh ok" the bell rings which means that it's the end of lunch. We only had two more classes and then a free period.
Two hours later classes ended and we just had a free period now. Kris Ari and I decided to leave and go to my house. We got into Kris's car since she was the one to drop us here.
