Chapter 1

It was a beautiful day here on the base. Kanan was in a very good mood and he has to do some things today. Kanan has to train Ezra Bridger, clean his room, go grocery shopping and Hera wants to spend time with Kanan alone. Kanan's plan when he's with Hera is to take her out to dinner and take her where they first met and ask her to marry him.

     First Kanan cleaned his room. Then he hears a knock on the door. It was Hera knocking, so Kanan had to hid the ring somewhere where she can't find it. "Come in Hera" said Kanan standing with a smirk on his face. "I just wanted to see how you were doing after your parents died. And why do you have that look on your face?" asked Hera. "Ummm......... nothing nothing at all Hera." Kanan said strangely. Hera gives him her look and Kanan blushes. "Aww!! Your so cut when you blush." said Hera hugging Kanan. Hera broke the hug and kisses him. Kanan kissed her back. Hera walks forward and Kanan walks backwards and hits the wall while kissing Hera. Hera takes out his ponytail and messes with his hair while kissing Kanan. Hera breaks the kiss "I will see you later Love" said Hera and kissed his cheek. Kanan smiled and blushes. After Hera left Kanan finished his room. After he finished his room he looked in the mirror and looked at his eyes and hopes that he never looses his sight.

Then he asked Ezra if he wanted to do some Jedi training. "Hey Ezra want to do some Jedi training?"asked Kanan. "Ummm....no thanks Kanan I'm going to hang out with Sabine today." said Ezra."Ok then Ezra" said Kanan. Kanan walked to the cock pit where Hera was. Ezra watched Kanan leave and he look very suspicious about Kanan's attitude.

Kanan sat in his co-pilot seat looking at the base. Hera looked at him and sat back in the chair. Kanan sat back in the chair and relaxed. Hera got out of her seat and sat on Kanan's lap laying the back of her head on his chest and fell asleep. Kanan fell asleep as well before the big night.

After a few hours of sleep Kanan asked Hera if she want to go out to dinner with him and Hera said yes. So Hera was getting ready and so was Kanan. Hera had Sabine help her pick out an outfit to wear. Sabine said a black dress and Hera just wanted to wear her normal clothes because she just wants to be her self instead of changing. Meanwhile Kanan dresses his normal out fit and gets flowers for Hera and gets the ring and puts it in his pocket.

"You ready"asked Kanan. "Yep" said Hera takes Kanan's hand to walk to the Phantom. Kanan and Hera takes the Phantom and sets the coordinates to the restaurant that he reserved for him and Hera and they jumped into Hyperspace.
