1. First open up your background with the smoke layed out.
2. Open up a picture of your choice and resize it in Transform. Then use the Blending Mode of Soft Screen to have that look as if the person was in the smoke.

3 (Optional): Go to filters to and use the middle icon and turn the Saturation all the way down. Go to Transform and merge.

So yeah. Now all you have to do now from this point on and now is toput the Title and author's name to the cover and you are done. So here are the finally Results.
