Chapter 2

Sanae pouted as she laid on the window. Her arms hanging outside and her head rested on the edge. Rio walked up go Kayano and decide to ask what was wrong with the Shiota twin.

"Hey what's up with Sanae? She's been pouted ever since lunch started," Rio asked Kayano who was cleaning up her desk from her lunch box. Kayano followed her gaze to the depressed Sanae as she looked out towards their open field of nothing.

"Must be cause Nagisa ditched her with Sugino, " Kayano giggles.

"Really? Talk about brother complex. It's just a lunch break, " the blond remarked as she crossed her arms over her chest. Sanae heard her remark and whined before sinking deeper into depression.

"Well it's not much of a complex as it is a problem. You see on Tuesday and Wednesday they don't bring their lunches because Nagisa just goes down to the main building and fetches them some food. But as it turns out, it looks like Nagisa forgot and took off with Sugino along with their money, " Kayano said with a sweatdrop feeling bad for the poor girl.

Sanae whined again as her stomach turned demanding to be fed.

"Wow that's harsh," Rio said. "Didn't peg Nagisa for one to forget to feed he's siblings. "

"To be honest I felt bad. By the time I had already realized what had happened I had already eaten all my pudding," Kayano said with guilty look causing Rio to sweatdrop.

"Your lunch was pudding? Nevermind that, let's just see if we can find something for Sanae to sink her teeth into," Rio said as she turned to look around the classroom for anyone who still had food. She spotted Okajima just sitting down and placing he's bento box in he's desk. "Bingo!"

Sanae was just about to die of hunger when she felt someone place a hand on her shoulder. She turned and through her bangs she saw Rio smiling down at her. A smile so big it almost always meant trouble.

"Hey Sanae. Your hungry right? Poor thing. How can Nagisa just be so careless and leave you to fend for yourself? Isn't he supposed to take care of he's little sissy?" Sanae doesn't like to be remained how dependant she was of her brother. Much less be reminded that she was younger and smaller than her already small brother. She was lucky Kayano was around to take the roll of the class shrimp. But now that she thought about it her brother had in fact abandoned her.

Small tears came to her eyes. Sanae sniffed a bit. Rio could not really see her eyes through her bangs but the moment she let out the small sniff she knew she had gotten the reaction she was looking for.

She grabbed a hold of Sanae's shoulders and started to lead her towards Okajima's desk. He had been in a conversation with Isogai before he turned to eat he's lunch. But before he could even open he's box Rio and Sanae stopped next to he's desk. Rio was smirking slightly and Sane had her head low.

"Uh... Can I help you? "

"Why yes, you see, poor Sanae here doesn't have her lunch. Her brother forgot to get her her lunch today and the poor thing is a mess, " Rio then prosided to place a hand under Sanae's bangs before pushing them back.

Okajima gasped at the sight. Blue teary eyes started down at the ground and her cheeks were rosy with blush. Small sniffs came from her. She gasped as she noticed her bangs out of her face making her small pale face stare at Okajima. She quickly shock her head making Rio drop her bangs back.

"So you see. We were wondering, if you would be so kind and maybe share a bit of your lunch with her, " Rio said as she leaned over he's desk a bit.

"Of course! Here you can have the whole thing!" He was so close to having a nose bleed it was crazy. He placed he's lunch box on Sanae's hands before rushing out of the room to clear he's head from the rush of cuteness he just got.
