The Start Of Something New

Chapter 2

I don't really pay attention to the teacher, firstly I already knew what he was talking about because we learnt about the same thing last term at my old school, and secondly because the teacher has a really boring way of teaching the lesson. I mean latitude and longitude was already boring enough as it is.

I look around the room and assess all of my 'classmates', there was this one guy with brown hair and blonde streaks, he was wearing ripped jeans, a black t-shirt and a black leather jacket, he had this really weird look on his face It looked like he was about to cry or something, he was probably around my height 5'4 maybe a little bit taller, he had really nice eyes and a really good jawline.

"Hey Tina, who's that?" I ask nudging her with my elbow to get her attention

"Oh sorry who?" she asks looking up from her phone

"That guy over there" I say pointing to him, trying not to make it obvious

"Oh that's Cameron Dallas, he moved here last year after his parents split up ever since then he's been the talk of the school, everyone either wants to be him or be with him" she responds

"Oh" I sigh under my breath quietly

"Why you ask anyway, ooohhh you like him" Tina coos at me

"Yeah, I guess I do he's kind of hot" I confess

"Oooh la la" Tina teases me

"Is he okay, he looks like he's gonna cry" I say to Tina, but she wasn't listening her eyes were glued to her phone.

If we were on our phone at my old school during class we would get our phone sent to the principals office and we would get a detention, harsh I know, but they were the rules I guess this school is just freakishly laid back.

"So anyway who do you like?" I ask, because I really wanted to know

"You see the guy over there sitting a few seats away from Cameron?" Tina asks

I look across to the side of the room, I see a guy with black/dark brown hair, his hair was really messy but it still looked good, he had really beautiful bright blue eyes and chubby cheeks, he was really cute I can see why Tina liked him, he was around 5'7 tall and he was wearing basically the same thing as Cameron except without the jacket so, ripped jeans and a plain black t-shirt, he had black and white vans and this adorable tiny little birthmark on his chin it almost looked like a freckle, don't ask me how I spotted it I must have been looking really close, maybe a little too close whoops.

"Awe I think you two would be cute together, what's his name?" I ask

"His name is Nash, Nash Grier" Tina's eyes wander to the side of the room to admire him

"Can I see your timetable?" Tina asks randomly

"Umm... yeah here you go" I say as I hand it over to her

"Okay so you have 3 out of your seven classes with me and 2 out of your seven classes with Laura"

"Cool so what classes do I have with you and what ones do I have with Laura?" I ask

"You have Science, English and Geography with me and Math and P.E with Laura" Tina explains

"Thanks at least I wont be alone in most of my classes" I say to Tina with a smile
