Will Cipher's POV

I could ask a person. But who is the great person who knows how to solve riddles..?

Oh I guess he could be the one who can answer this.

I teleported at the Mystery Shack and saw Pacifica roaming around the shack. She had her hands on her head and keeps shaking it.

"Oh no oh no oh no! Where could she be! Oh my god! I hope she's okay!"

I didn't really expect that she'll be this worried. I sighed, well she is her friend. Why can't she be worried?

I walk towards her then coughed to get her attention.

She eventually stopped and looked at me.

"Will! Have you found (Y/n)!?" She asked her loudly but I shook my hand. Her expression became even more sad and worried.

"W-well no b-but do you kn-know where's G-gideon..?" I asked shyly. Well I'm still like that. I'm not confident to speak clearly but when (Y/n) is right beside me well I have the courage to speak properly.

"He's inside thinking. Just go upstairs and you could find him." She replied then went back on what she was earlier.

I nodded then went inside and directly went upstairs. I opened the door and saw Gideon looking at his journal until he stopped at the page where my...name..was.

"Uhm..."

I coughed and gained his attention.

"What is it?" He asked still looking at his journal but didn't turn the page.

"I-uh.. Was wo-wondering i-if your good a-at ri-riddle." I asked. I still can't get why he didn't turn the page. Is he suspicious of me? I hope not.

"Depends." He simply replied and looked at me.

"Why'd you asked?" He had this serious face.

"We-well I was just wo-wondering i-f you c-can a-answer this.." I have him the riddle. It's a good thing I block Dipper's note there.

If he saw it I'm sure I that I'm doomed.

"And what is this for?" I sighed. He keeps on asking questions and I am starting get a bit annoyed. 0

"W-well..."

He raised his one eyebrow. Oh no.

C'mon Will think! What is the best excuse for that?

"I j-just fo-found that a-and tho-thought that i-i-it c-could b-be something i-important...?" Well that's half the truth right? I'm really bad at making alibis.

"Uh.. Okay then."

I inhaled then exhaled heavily. It's a good thing he bought that.

"Hmm.... The place where scaredy cats sleeps, you won't find any treasures under his...feet."

"S-so, c-can you so-solve it?" I asked but he ignored my question.

"You'll follow the smell and find your next clue where the monsters dwell. Hmm...maybe it's a cave?" He finally replied I nodded but right when I was about to turn he spoke.

"Wait, I'm coming with you."

Oh no, this is bad.

"S-sorry." With that I turned and leave. I don't really care if he still have the riddle.

I teleported to every cave but no luck. Weird, guess Gideon was wrong.

I sighed, it's been 45 minutes that I keep on searching for the right cave. Gideon might be wrong.
