Chapter Three

Armani's POV:

Its been 2 months since I sent the E-mail to Catfish ,

I took the time to tell my family and friends about Ella a few weeks ago and surprisingly it went better than expected.

Their reactions were very mixed but nothing too negative , everyone was mostly happy I took the initiative to finally meet the person I've been talking with for all this time.

Ella and I are still talking but I've never mentioned that I contacted the show Catfish honestly don't even think she knows I'm suspicious of her identity. She's been acting super fishy though and at this point because I've been picking on red flags I've been noticing more and more of them cause my brain is constantly looking for them, If that makes any sense...

Today I was hanging out with one of my friends Mariah when I got the phone call that my catfish adventure is about to start , FINALLY I will get the oppertunity to meet the person I've opened up too so easily.

Am I nervous? 100% , am I going to chicken out? Hell No

Besides I'm getting to meet Max.. I've had a crush on him and his Salt n Pepper hair from day 1 , even though I recently found out he's married but hey a little crush never hurt no one lol.

Here I am currently waiting for Nev and Max to make my hotline bling and it suddenly hits me.

I am really about to do this.. This is real... There is no going back from this.

I have Mariah here with me for moral support as I'm sitting here on my bed with my laptop on my lap and Mariah sitting on the couch in front of my bed just watching me like I'm about to burst , I'm so caught up in my train of thoughts when i hear her voice.

" Mani are you ready for this ?"

" I'm as ready as I'll ever be"

Before she can reply we heard the skype call tone which happens to be one of the most annoying sounds in the world. As i quickly answer two faces appear Nev and Max DAMN Max is even cuter than i thought.

( Nev is again gonna be bold , Max Italic and Armani will be normal Mariah has no dialogue in the skype call)

Heey Armani

HEEY

Heey guys

So we just read your E-mail and you sound like you're in a bit of a dilemma

"I guess we can call it that " I said while laughing.

Do you mind explaining us briefly whats going on

Okay so basically I've had a fan account to support my idol Derek Luh its basically there to promote his music and kinda like reach out to him and other fans for about 3 years now called luhsarmani and 2 years ago I got followed by an account named luhsfavorite and she reached out to me and we started talking I quickly learned that her name is Ella and she's 24 but she was 22 at the time that we started talking online and we were both supporting the same person we got along because we had alot in common which was amazing but the only social media she claimed to have was twitter.

wait so she's 22 but isnt on snapchat or facebook or anything

Basically that was what she told me and i didnt think much of it at time.

Ok thats strange but continue I'm getting curious.

ok so fast forward to 6 months ago I went to LA to meet her and we were suppose to meet at this little café in Venice and I showered up with like 30 minutes to spare and she never showed up I sat there for an hour and she never came.. I tried calling the number she gave me to text on she never answered I tried texting no reply not even on twitter. We've never skyped facetimed or even spoke on the phone and everytime I'd try initiating it she'd have an excuse and before I flew out to LA I didn't really think too much of it but now its definitely starting to making sense.

From our expierence it's often so that if they dont call or want to be called its because their voice can give them away

Which makes sense , you guys are my last resort because Ella's hiding something and she'll never meet me without your help.

Looks like we're going to Las Vegas

Hahahah guess i'll be hearing from you then
