My alarm went off. I read my phone and saw 15 missed calls from Francesca and then saw the time 8am I really can't be bothered to get up I'm just going to hide under the duvet sheets from the world today. I really can't be bothered with Francesca or any one else. A text message appeared an hour later from Francesca I ignored it why should I care?

Why isn't Olly picking up Amanda I know I've been a bitch but I know I can change and be a better person I wish he would just answer his calls. You know what I'm going to Ollys gym I need to see him. Do you think that's a good idea? Amanda replied. I know but what choice do i have he won't answer my calls or texts.

There was a knock a my door it was my parents vicki and Peter they came to check on me again asking if I was ok and if I wanted anything I said I was ok because what else I'm I meant to say that Francesca smashed my heart to pieces and that I saw her yesterday with another guy. I wish I could just forget about her.  My mum said look Olly I know your not just remember me and you dad are here for you. Thanks I replied. It's ok we've got to go now we said we would see Louie and Faye want to come? Mum said. No but send them my love I'm really tired I've hardly slept I said.

As I walked out of my sisters house I saw josh walking down my road I decided to go the other way and avoid him right now I had to save my relationship with Olly. I knocked on Ollys door he was in because the light was on he just carried on ignoring me, so I got my key out that I still had and walked. What do you think your doing coming in to my house? Olly said angrily.'I'm sorry I said. Really Olly said then why did I see you pushing a guy out of your sisters house. What guy I lied. Don't lie to me fran I saw a guy near you and you were smiling as you pushed him out just tell me the truth. Fine I got drunk and- before I could stay any more Olly said let me guess you slept with him yknow what I deserve better than you. I cried as Olly told me the truth he did deserve better than me. I walked out back to my sisters and heard a voice hey fran are you ok? It was josh. Yeah I replied I've just lost Olly my ex and am pregnant with a guy who want nothing to do with me. He hugged me and said really your pregnant yeah I'm coming up to 20 weeks now and my life is a mess. It's not honestly you've got me as he kissed me. I will look after the kid with you I've always liked you. Really I said. Yeah josh replied even though you are complicated.

Last night of X factor presenting tonight I can't wait to start writing new music. Presenting on the X factor has been great but I want to focus on my music.
