Look out! Look out!
The troll is about!
That fiend! He’s mean!
He’s up to no good.
I’d love to catch him
If only I could.
I’d wring his neck.
Then what the heck?
I’d use a noose
To hang him loose
For all to mock,
Give him a shock.
He needs to be hurt.
That techie pervert!
He’s a creep, a sneak.
He hides all the time.
He should be charged
With Internet crime.
He’s out of sight
But he’s lurking there
In the black of night.
He’s working there
To ruin fun for you and me.
That’s how he gets his glee.
So do take care
And do beware.
He tries to pretend
To become my friend,
That he is following me
And reading my poetry
But, believe me.
I am no fool
I did not spend
Those years at school
For naught, you see.
I’m sure you’re thinking
Has she been drinking?
Who is this troll
To whom she’s referring?
Who is this person
Whose name she is slurring?
What’s he been doing
To spoil her fun?
How could he pretend
To be following her?
He must have a profile
Page on this site
He must also have followers
Who message him . . . Right?
If you check him out,
You’ll discover the lout.
He will make you quake.
He’s really a fake
Using a pseudonym.
Assuming we’re dim,
Gives no address,
Posts no work.
Who’s he fooling?
The stupid jerk!
He preys on victims
Like you and me and
Honest old ladies and
Young ones with babies;
He drinks our blood
As if it’s tea.
He crowds your inbox
The sly, little fox.
He never votes
Or sends nice notes.
He’s like a mole
That lives in a hole.
That repulsive weasel,
The INTERNET TROLL!
