Welcome to chapter two:) Thank you for scrolling all the way down here, hope you enjoy!
I stand at the entrance of the school, next to my parcked bicycle, wondering to myself how and where I found the motivation to get out of bed, eat, take my bike, ride it to school, and then stand here this morning.
Yesterday's scene keeps replaying in my head.
How does he even know my name? And that is not a good thing, no matter how goodlooking he is.
Jaxon Clayn is bad news. Even Emily and Jess realized how doomed I was. I mean, sure, he's nice to look at once in a while, but to work with?! For an entire year...
Emily ended un being fated with with a guy named Clark, but he said he was going to exchange with and exchange student very soon, so they didn't really have to get to know each other. Plus, the news of a new boy coming to our school was enough to shut up Emily and make her daydream for a whole afternoon.
Jess got fated with a girl named Joanne. She eats a lot and might eat your lunch if you leave it too close to her, but besides that, she sounds pretty nice.
I'm the only one who had to end up with a spawn of the devil, in a f***boy version, of course.
I pull open the big glass doors and walk towards my locker. It's about a hundred meters away, next to my new bff's locker, Jaxon.
Sarcasm.
When I reach my locker, I open it, take out my books, when I hear a sudden crash coming from behind the locker door.
"What the...!" I scream as I close my locker to see what's going on.
Jaxon momentarily interupts his makeout session with barbie, who I'm guessing is the thing he slammed against his locker, to look at me.
"Oh. Hey babe." He says before turning his face towards barbie and madly kissing her again.
Babe????? Oh he did not just...
Stay calm.
I regain my calm, finish taking my books out of my locker and tell myself that it can't be that bad. I mean, at least he said hi, right?
Well, I soon get proven wrong.
The first class I have is English. The seats are always pre-aranged for you to sit with your fate partner, so you can guess how thrilled I was to sit down.
Even more thrilled when Jaxon appeared two minutes later, with barbie.
To be honest, I don't know where this blue-eyed blond chick came from, I don't even know if she goes to our school, so I'm even more clueless about the fact that she's still next to Jaxon.
"We have a problem." Jaxon begins.
"Great. Go have your problem somewhere else." I reply with the same look he's shooting at me.
"I'm talking about all three of us."
"Well I don't see a problem, besides that fact that she's here." I point my eyes towards the blong girl who send me an evil glare.
"Well, our problem is that you're there." He says to me.
"Ha. Newsflash, we were fated and I'm as happy as you are that we're together, but unless you want to go complain to the principal..." I stop as I realize how great of an idea that is.
