Chapter 2

Ugg this is so boring, I hate staying in the hospital, it's already been 2 weeks! TWO WEEKS!

Knock knock

"Come in?"

The guy walks in. What's his name again? Jeff, no. Jacob, no. Ohh yea, it was Jordan.

"What do you want Jordan." I say turning around and crossing my arms.

"You know my name?" He chuckled.

I turn around and give him, an icy glare that even my mom is scared of.

"Sorry" he said scratching the back of his neck and looking at his shoes like they were the most amazing things in the world.

"For what?"

"For this." He said gesturing around the room.

Ohhhh he means my injury.

"Well, you didn't seem sorry when you shamelessly walked away? Right?" I said venom dripping from my harsh words.

"I had a bad morning, okay. I was told some stuff I didn't want to happen." He softly said, walking over to the chair closest to my bed.

"Like what?" I said loosening up.

"Like.... My evil stepdad getting outa jail." He sneered out.

I have a feeling he doesn't want sympathy.

"Well I have my problems too, my dad died in a car crash." I say almost spilling my whole story.

"Drunk driver?" He asked.

"Yes, you could say that." I answered

"Let's go eat!" Derrick and Jake said in a unison.

Jordan and I chuckled at the enthusiastic boys in front of us.

After we were talking Jake and Derrick came and they talked about 'hot' girls.

"How about at AppleBee's?"

"No, SteakHouse."

"Eww, no. Sonic.

"That is fast food dumb ass. CheeseCake Factory."

"No, Golden Coral."

I smiled at their children like attitudes.

"Ashley........." They whined, "Pick one you want to go to."

"Sorry guys, but I'm a Steak house gal." I answered smirking.

"Oh yea, Ashley you da bomb!" Jordan said giving me a cheesy grin, I couldn't help but grin back.

"Man, you suck." Jake said frowning.

"Yeah, you suck." Derrick agreed.

"I don't care, I just wanna eat something good." I said expressing the word, 'good'.

I put a thumbs up, and they groan.

Jordan and I fist bump and walk to his car.

"Meet you guys there!" I screamed out the car.

"Later losers!" Jordan hollered.

We both laughed and drove off.

"Hey, can you put on Black Veil Brides?" I asked five minutes into the drive, I couldn't stand the silence.

"Sure, I was gonna put it on anyways. What song?"

"Um..... Heart of Fire."

"Okay...... There you go." He said putting it on max volume.

"Thanks Jordan."

"Yeah, no problem."
