Let me tell you a little about the girls. Bonnie and Linda
Bonnie is of African American decent
Linda is from the carribean in Dominican Republic
She came to the united states 4 years ago. Hasn't been back to D.R. since. She met Bonnie while working at her cousins beauty salon. Bonnie would come get her hair done. They didn't have no problem communicating because Linda took up English in school for years even though she spoke with a accent she understood her clearly.
You see... Bonnie just knew that she was a beautiful girl, with a great personality and hospitality. She would always offer Bonnie things. Coffee, patelitos, anything. She had an amazing body. Bonnie admired her style. She let her in on a secret. Letting her know she got her body done back home. She gave Bonnie the information and they exchanged numbers.
It was something about Linda Bonnie really took a liking to. She sensed that Linda can be resourceful as well so she was going to be her friend. They kicked it off and became the best of friends. They would always look out for each other. When things slowed down at the salon Linda would call Bonnie to vent. It was then Bonnie let her in on what she does for work. Which Linda had never questioned. Explaining to Linda that sometimes you have to do what you have to do to survive. They became so close they would know what the other is thinking or feeling. The perfect match of friends.
