"What are you going to buy?" Kei asked me for the fifth time.
He was getting irritated. I knew but I couldn't choose what to buy.
"I don't know!" I answered exasperated. "That's why I brought you along. To give me an idea." I added
It was the next day.Thursday. September 8, 2016. In other words: My Birthday! And Yahiro's birthday Party. Kei and I were gift shopping, but I didn't know what other gift I should buy Yahiro, other than our traditional gift exchange.( I'll tell you about that later.)
" Fine. How about a golden watch." Kei suggested.
"No. I got him a golden watch last year." I responded.
"Hmmm. What about-" " I KNOW!!!" I interrupted Kei. "How about a car!" I exclaimed excitedly.
" OK. Whatever you want to give him" Kei agreed.
"Come on, you got to help me choose one." I said happily. Tugging him in the direction of the limo.
26 minutes later we were at an expensive car dealership.
"How about that black one?" Kei suggested.
"He already has a black car." I replied.
" OK then. How about the blue one?" He inquired.
"No, it's to small." I aknowledged
" Fine. What about that pink one?" He asked. "Don't tell me he has a pink one?" He added.
"No" I shook my head." He wouldn't like a pink car." I explained." You know that already." I added.
"Why dont we just get him this green one?" He asked.
"It is too big." I answered.
"What about this red car?" He inquired
"Oh, it is perfect!" I beamed.
"Really! Ok. SIR?! We would like to buy this car!" He called to the dealer.
I should get the car as fast as I can then we should leave before she changes her mind!
What the!? Who said that. I mean thought that. Those thoughts whos' are they? I didn't think them. But why are they in my head. It was Kei's voice. hmm. Maybe I'm just tired. Oh, well.
In 10 minutes we had the red car paid for and ready to go!
"Do you want to go home already?" I asked Kei. We were in the limo. The driver was waiting our command, or signal to take us home.
" We should. The party will start in the evening. It is almost time. So we should go get ready. You will need at least an hour to get ready. And we will need about 30 minutes for us to get to our homes. " He explained.
I nodded and gave the signal to take us home. We came to a stop at my mansion's front door.
"OK, here we are. I'll come to pick you up in an hour. Okay?" Kei inquired.
"Mhmm, 'kay!" I responded, giving him thumbs up. I got out ,and waved goodbye as the limo left, then I went inside to get ready for the party.
My dress was waiting in the fitting room. It looked beautiful. It was big, poofy and it was baby blue but.. how am I gonna walk in it? My personal tailor, Chi-san, was by the dress waiting for my reaction.
" Do you like it, Misaki-sama?" She asked, since she saw no reaction.
