Only time will tell

5. Memory

Quick recap: Minah en Sehun were hiding in a tree while wolves attacked. Suddenly Minah remembers a childhood memory.

{Minah's pov}

'I just rememberd something.' I said as I looked at Sehun who snapped his head towards me.

'What do you remember?' He said as he raised his eyebrow.

'I was only six and I was wandering the woods when I bumped into a little wolf. I fell to the ground and a bit later a boy around my age came walking from the trees, he asked me to be friends and that his name was Sehun. Sehun you are that wolf, You were my first friend ever. I can't believe I forgot.' I told him dissapointed in myself and I felt myself tearing up.

'Hey it's okay, sometimes when you don't see someone and grow up you forget them. And if you're lucky you might find them back like how I found you.' He gave me a sweet smile and sat on the branch next to me. He tried to hug me but he almost fell so he quickly decided that wasn't a good idea. We sat there for a few more minutes before Taekwoon came back, the rogues were gone and it was safe for now.

After we got down I decided to go home and I said goodbye to all of them before walking back home.

*about an hour later*

As soon as I got home I threw myself on my bed and let out a silent scream, not wanting to make my family worry. I could not believe what I had just witnessed, how is it possible for people to turn themselves into wolves. I mean it doesn't make sense for someone like me, who has a great love for science, physics and biology.

I quickly got myself back together and walked downstairs to join my parents for dinner. I hoped they wouldn't ask me where I was for the whole day, they know I always get home really fast for my homework, not because I'm a nerd I just like being organized and not having to worry about not being able to finish it.

'So Minah, where have you been hanging out? We even called Baekhyun, but he said he had no clue as to where you have been hanging around today.' My father asked me, with a rather worried expression.

'Oh you know... Just been with some friends... I made some new friends. We had a great time...' I trailed off and looked at my parents, they seemed to buy the excuse. Well I mean I did have new friends but I wouldn't exactly call it having a great time, seeing their biggest secret came out.

'Yoon Minah, you've been to the woods haven't you young lady.' My father said suddenly sounding angry. I just shook my head signaling no, but he didn't believe me. He walked up to me and made me stand up, looking me up from head to toe... Dang it I should've changed my clothes, those were still full of dirt and stuff.

'You know what we said about the woods, if you go their one more time you will get grounded.' He said very stern and then started eating again.

After dinner I immediately walked to my room and took a quick shower before changing into my pajamas. I quickly grabbed my binder and started working on my physics homework. I got it done pretty fast, the same went for all my other homework. It was about 10 P.M. when I was done, it only took me about 2 hours.

I knew my parents went out tonight so I went downstairs to make sure my little brother and sister showered so I could take them to their beds to sleep.

'Minseok, JinAh, did you two shower?' I asked them and they nodded. Jinah quickly pulled out a book, I always read Jinah a story before she went to sleep. When I was done I put them to bed and went to sit downstairs, when I just sat myself down the bell rang.

I quickly walk to the door to open it. When I open the door Hongbin is standing there, panting and wet of sweat.

'What happened to you?' I whisper yelled, to not wake up my siblings.

'I, I Shiwoo got hurt, so I ran here and please don't ask me how I know where you live.' He panted on the verge of crying. I'm gone for 7 hours and he already got hurt? What are these boys doing...

'Fine, I'll come but what do I do with my siblings?' I looked concerned not wanting to leave Minseok and Jinah alone while they're asleep, not that I would leave them at home when they're awake though.

'Take them with you maybe?' He scratched his neck laughing a bit.

'They are asleep and too young for this shit you got me in.' I had to stop myself from screaming.

'How old are they?!' He suddenly exclaimed looking concerned.

'Minseok is 15 and Jinah is 12...' I trailed off realizing how protective I was over a 15 year old. I mean Minseok could deal with people and protect Jinah as he was training for a black belt in Taekwondo.

'One of them is 15 and you wont trust them alone together? Wow you're really protective aren't you?' He smiled, his dimple showing. I knew my parents would kill me if I went with him now but I felt something really was wrong if he came all the way here to get me.

'I guess I'll leave them for once, but if my parents find out I'm blaming you.' I told him while putting on my shoes and jacket. I realized I was still in my pajamas too late but oh whale... Doesn't matter anymore now.

Hongbin gave me his hand and I held it tight while he teleported us to their house. I just can't get used to that teleporting I mean I read a lot about wolves but not that they could teleport I thought that was a vampire thing.

'Yah! Not only vampires can teleport.' He said and pushed my shoulder laughing. I forgot that they can also read my mind the sneaky bastards they are.

Wait a minute he never told me what was wrong.

'You'll see what's wrong... Siwoo needs to tell you himself.' He laughed and pushed me trough the front door.

Once inside he sat me on the couch with Taekwoon and then sat next to my other side.

'So tell me what's wrong.' I demanded wanting to know why he brought me here.

'Well I told you Siwoo got hurt and...' He couldn't finish his sentence as Siwoo suddenly interrupted.

'Minah! You're here! Oh god I missed you so much!' He exclaimed engulfing me in a hug while crying. It's only been 7 hours what is wrong with him.

'That's enough lovebirds.' Taekwoon interrupted Siwoo's hug, pulling me away.

'What you can't take her away from me she is my fate!' He exclaimed with such great force that even the house shook.

'Mate? What's a mate?!' I asked dumbfounded as everybody looked at me and Siwoo in shock.

First off I'm really sorry for the long wait. I've been getting a lot of tests and homework and I really didn't know how to continue.

As you may have read I decided to mate her with Siwoo for now but more problems and surprises are on your way. Maybe I'll give her two mates and make her choose.... Yes I know that's cruel... I'm cruel okay.

I sincerely hope you will cope with me and my slow updating due to school. Please don't give up on this book I'll get my shit together and I'll write some stuff for you guys. I wont let you down!!
