"But she's not ready!" Patrinus said while reaching for the baby. Mentoris swoops the baby out of reach. "She can not stay up here with us Patrinus, you know this."
"I know, I know... but Mentoris! she is just a baby!"
Silence fell. Mentoris walks slowly to the stairway. "I will visit you Patrinus every year sometime in July."
"Come on, at least let me hold her!" Mentrois pauses for a seccond, then carefully hands the baby to Patrinus.
"Um...Goochie goo, goochie goo... awe Mentoris, awe , look she's smiling! Awe."
"It is time to go." Patrinus sadly hands the baby back to Mentoris. Mentoris walks with the baby to the stairs. Patrinus starts to cry.
"Do not be sad Patrinus, for I will be back...and hopefully Sariel will be too." Mentoris and Sariel descended the stairway to Earth.
