erzas POV

i'm cleaning the tables and i can see jellal sitting by the bar doing work. i wonder what he does for a living.

i then look at mira who is looking at me raising her eyebrows. and then pointing to jellal. i quickly blush and then look away trying to hide my burning red face and i can hear mira giggling.

'are you okay erza?' i heard lucy from behind and i just nodded and carried on working whilst staring at jellal .

it was finally my break and i was just about to leave the resturaunt and get changed untill i felt someone touch my shoulder again. i turned and saw jellal standing infront of me.

'erza...as you was the first person i met. you seem like a nice woman...i was just wondering if you could show me around town' i was speehless. why would he ask me?. oh well i just nodded and i quickly got changed and we were both out the inn.

walking around the town. i noticed the liqour store and i saw that some of the drinks were on offer. jellal saw what i was looking at and i quickly looked away and smiled at him.

'so this is a really small town. there is litually one of everything...the rest are just houses' i tourd jellal around the town and he looked quite impressed.

we both sat down by my favourite places. the water fountain. it was huge. and when the water fell in the pool it looked so pretty and i loved the sound of the water fountain it was just so calming. the water fountain always made me feel normal in my own world.

'it's uhh...nice here' jellal said sitting on the side of the water fountain. i then sat down after him.

'yeah...i always came here when i was young. infact the owner of fairy tail found me here and let me work in the inn' i smiled and jellal chuckled.

'so what do you do here?' he asked looking in my eyes. jellals eyes were like mine just slightly darker and when i looked in them i felt like the world just stopped and it was just me and jellal...i then never boticed before i have no idea why i never noticed but i relised he had a tattoo above and under his right eye. i must of never noticed it becuase his hair was sort of covering his eye when i met him.

'well to be honest...when i have bad days i just go here and think about stuff' i said looking back at the blue sky listning to the water from the fountain.

'hmm...what do you think about?' he asked me making me give jellal eye contact again.

'well...anything...like books...movies...i try to remember my past but it never appers. doctors just say it's a type of amneisia' i frownd this time and jellal rubbed my shoulder for comfort. 'where do you go in your spare time?' i asked and jellal just chuckled.

'well i go to cliffs if i ever feel down...when i was younger i used to have temper tantrums so my mother always took me to a cliff because we lived near one far from the town and sshe would take me to the top and make me either scream or just think which made me calm down hehe' i thought that was really cute what jellal said. i just smiled.

'what were your problems recently?' oh no that might be personal. stupid erza why would you jump that far?

'well...it wasn't recently but 2 years ago...i went through a terrible relationship. my mother died a few months after and i kind of got into a bit of a state' i felt bad for jellal i mean...all thid hsppeneing in the same year.

'what did you do?' i asked and he just looked at me seriously.

'well i got a bit depressed and got in a drinking state...i started smoking. i wanted to kill myself at one point. but then one night i looked out my window and saw the cliff me and my mum walked...so i climed it and when i got to the top i just screamed so loud...the lights from the town turned on' we both laughed at the final part jellal said. i felt really bad for jellal. 'what were yours?' i froze at the question...well since he was honest with his i guess i should me honest with mine....

'well i got dumped over the phone a few weeks ago and lets just say...i didn't take it very well. i kind of...changed. my friends don't see me how i used to be' i stopped at that. i know i drink but it's not that big of a deal...i don't drink that much (that was erza denying the truth about her incase you guys are like...really is she insane lool).

'i see...well do you have any cliffs?' jellal asked and i chuckled...and nodded.

jellals POV

erzas chuckle was really sweet it always made me chuckle. we both got up and erza led me to where the cliff was...

next chapter will be a continued chapter. i made this chapter short becuase i'm writing like 3 other stories and i need to get one of them finished and so on...

i will be posting soon though maybe later tonight but if i don't then it will definatly be up tomorrow :)

hope you liked this chapter...again sorry that it's so short. the ship is finally happening.
