Once I got there, it was completely silent.

So quite you could hear a penny drop.

I looked around, didn't see anyone.

I started to make my way upstairs..

I was about half way up when I heard her.

She was crying..

My heart dropped.

I walked to her door and slowly pushed it open.

I walked over to her and sat down beside her in the bed.

She was laying on her side, but her face was buried into her pillow.

I'm guessing things didn't go so well with her mom..

I rubbed her back, letting her get it all out.

She needed this.

She's been so strong.

She needed to cry.

There was no need for me to say anything.

I just needed to be there, be here, with her.

After a while, her crying turned into faint sobs.

She had cried all her pain away, for now at least.

She sat up and looked me in the eyes.

Her tear stained cheeks red as ever.

Her lips pillowy and wet.

Her hair messed up.

I could see it in her eyes, she felt it too.

I know.

This is wrong.

But I can't stop my feelings.

I just can't.

She laid her head on my shoulder and I played with her hair.

I could get used to this..

"No." I told myself.

I can't.

I won't.

Long time, no update!?

Well..
I wrote this last night, and fell asleep before I could publish it😂

That was hella short!!
