I stop texting Jake once i hear my mom calling me From downstairs, I walk down the stairs and see my mom standing there with some guy.
"Cameron, This is Matt...He is my...Boyfriend" She said with her voice cracking at the end
"W-What?" I question
"Yes this is my new boyfriend" she said smiling
"Oh...Um.....I'm happy for you mom and nice to meet you matt" I fake smile
"I'm glad you are happy with this" She said hugging matt by the side
"Oh Cameron your mother and i are going out to eat, Would you like to join us?"
Fuck! I had no other plans and I couldn't lie on the spot do i had to
"S-S-Sure...let me go get changed really quick" I stuttered

i walk upstairs...Is this a joke, What about my dad it's only been 1 year already she has moved on, this makes no sense not one bit, Whatever i get changed and decided to put on some High waisted Shorts with a white crop top and white High top vans, I grab my phone and see i have one text from Jake i will just answer him later, I go downstairs and we all walk to the car and drive off to whatever place we where eating at, I get out the car with matt and my mom in front of me, While they are ordering i order first and say i have to use the restroom, I go and take out my phone.
