Merome- The bus ride -Fluff

Part 2

Mitch POV

After a few minutes of just sitting there I jump to the left side of the bus and look out the window, I see a truck basically horizontal across the street.

I groan and look at the time on my phone shivering. We've been sitting here for about 5 minutes. I turn and look out the back window to see another school bus, and sigh before sitting forward again.

I look over to Jerome and see him already looking at me, I shrug at him and look around again. I shiver again. Damn I wish I brought a better jacket.

Just then I see movement in the front, this one girl who's in a grade below me is standing, she walks down the isle talking and telling each person what's going on. When she gets to us she says
"We're gonna have to try not to move so much alright? If you look you can see that we've already slide back a bit.... also, if we do slide back more you two (gestures to Jerome and I) are gonna have to move up okay?"

Jerome and I nod. Me faster than him because of my anxiety rising up. I chuckle nervously as she turns around and walks backup. I look over at SkyLox. I almost squeal from cuteness. Adam is holding Ty close, either from cold or nerves I don't know but it's cute asf. I shiver again and look back at Jerome, he gestures me over and I obey happily. I climb from my seat to his, careful to not make any sudden moves.

I check my phone to see that we've been on this bus for about 45 minutes already, I sigh and slouch down next to Jerome. I lay my head on his arm sighing again dramatically. He looks over before asking, "Bored?"

I nod my head and look into his coco eyes, I pout and shiver again. He shakes his head and wraps me in a hug giving me warmth, I smile and lean into him. I take out my phone and decided to text my fam. Letting them know I'm stuck, telling them not to worry. They wouldn't be able to come get me if they wanted anyways. By now it's starting to get dark, I take a peak out the window to see many police cars. I look ahead and see that the one vehicle is just now being straightened out.

I growl to myself thinking about how I almost walked home today, not wanting to deal with idiots. But if I would of Ty, Adam, and Jerome would be on their own. I sigh again ((boi, what's with the sighs?)) as I'm about to complain to Jerome I feel a sudden jolt, I jump and look up at the bus driver. Then the bus starts sliding back, not to fast yet not slow. I freeze up like a deer in headlights. Just as we're about to hit the bus behind us we stop.

As soon as I notice that we've stopped sliding I start to hyperventilate. Jerome notices and hold me close stroking my hair ((weird word "stroking")) I hug him tightly trying to calm down. After 5 minutes I'm able to breath normally again. I pull away and look Jerome in those eyes that I loved dearly. I hug him again but this time wrap my arms around his shoulders and neck. I snuggle my face into the crook of his neck and sigh happily. I feel him shiver and goosebumps appear on his neck. I giggled "manly" and looked him in the eyes again. It was like he was staring into my soul.

"Mitch..." he whispered

"Yea biggums?" I whispered back

"I... please don't hate me for this but....I...I really like you dood... more than you think..haha.....I think I've fallen in love.... I love you Mitch." He looked down. Wait.....he loves me?! Me out of all people? Damn. I grin and blush like a tomato.

"Jerome, I don't hate you haha. Quite the opposite actually.....I love you too, I have for a while now." I giggle. He looks up and smiles

"In that case, will you be mine biggums?" I blush again and nod

"Yes!" I hug him again

"About damn time you two!" Adam yells, I jump and look at him jokingly glaring at him before smiling.

I look away and see that it's almost completely dark out now, I look ahead and see that the vehicle is now out of the way, then the bus started driving forward. Finally! I thought. We can finally go home.

I look back at Jerome and grin as we're told that we have to go back to the school, "the bus isn't allowed to run at this hour." I look at the time. It's "5:56 PM" damn, like 2 hours on that damn bus.

When we get back to the school I'm one of the first people off. I run to the door of the building and go inside, I'm freezing my ass off. Being 5'3 doesn't help contain body heat ((I know this on a personal level)). When Jerome walks in I gestured him over quickly. He obeys and sits down next to ne pulling me closer. He leans down and whispers into my ear "I'm so glad I had the nerve to tell you." I smiled and nodded

I look around me to see everyone either standing, walking back and forth or hugging someone for warmth. I smile knowing I don't have to be on that damned bus anymore. I lean into Jerome and yawn. I really wanna take a nap but I'm to damn cold for that nonsense. I laugh to myself quietly. I look over to Jerome and smile. I can't believe how lucky I am I have met him and now become his. I am his, he is mine ((Gams of throne anyone? No? Okay lol I'll leave)) even though this day started out bad I'm content with it.
"I love you Jerome"
"I love you too Mitch"
"Forever and always?"
"Forever and always."

Hey guys, I'm so sorry that took forever. Haha. I've been dealing with a lot of stuffs but whatever. So I don't Remember Exactly all the details of when I was on the bus with my experience but I did what I could. I hope you guys enjoyed.
