Honestly, I'm sure you can figure it out. I'll type the whole insert part out if it isn't one if these, cause I'm nice.Ha. I literally just plagiarized myself.
As a Saiyan warrior, I was taught to conceal emotion, show no mercy unto one's self, to be able to distance myself from it. As a Saiyan Princess, I trained and excelled in many of the fine arts. I was taught to appreciate them. Appreciate Literature, and conceal emotion. I should be doing both right now. I am not. My mother's book contains some of the strongest passion I have ever seen. She held a deep love within her heart of the people of Planet Vegeta, for me, my father, my brother. And I did too. I should have died with them, fighting. So should've Vegeta, but we were away. I was trying to recover a lost Saiyan, and he, well, who cares. I know I'd rather trade spots with any Saiyan, so I could've died fighting like them, so they could live.
My eyes drift back so dutifully to the book, as they've been trained to do.
"The twins are my and Planet Vegeta's new-found joys. My little Princess (Y/n) disrupts all we've ever known, being first born. She is destined to take head of the planet one day, and when she does, I can tell she will be the greatest of warriors, the greatest of leaders, the greatest of Saiyans, with a pure heart and a kind soul, (Y/n) will push through new boundaries, she will be an open leader, taking her people's voices to heart. She will be a strong leader, not willing to let other planets take advantage of her. She will be the voice for those who have none, my little princess."
I take a deep breath and close the journal that once belonged to my mother. I always thought my mother knew something that I didn't. There was always a mischievous twinkle in her eye. Especially when she was teaching me sword fighting in the middle of our dancing lessons. I reopen the book, wanting to feel that closeness to my mother again.
"From the moment (Y/n) opened her eyes, I knew she was a fighter, a perfect Saiyan Warrior. Now she is older, growing stronger still. King Vegeta is holding a competition between my son and daughter for the throne. The entire population will see it happen. He does not see it fit for a female Saiyan to take the throne. Even his own blood. Please (Y/n), win this. For all the female Saiyans who are looked down upon for their gender. Prove your father wrong. Two days later, she does not dissapoint. She nearly fought Vegeta to the death, as they are evenly matched. She was able to outwit him, something I take credit for. Fighting is just as much intellect as it it strength Knowledge is power. The Saiyan people call her 'The Warrior Princess.' She'll make them happy. She'll understand that being a Saiyan is not about being the strongest race in the universe, she'll know it's about resilience. About honor. Not pride."
A knock on my door disturbs me, I throw the book under my bed, in case it's Vegeta. I don't want him knowing of this."What?" I call, my voice scratchy and tired. When was the last time I talked to someone? The door cracks open, and Piccolo enters. I breath a mental sigh of relief.
"How's it going?" He asks, being the only one knowing of the book I found, stole, technically, but then again, Vegeta did leave it out, and it's my mother's not his...maybe it's not stealing?I look out the door to make sure he isn't in the halls.
