GRAND HIGHBLOOD

Unexpected developements.

This song honestly has nothing to do with the story. But I was listening to it as I wrote this. So hope you enjoy.

I woke up to hear  screams and something grabbing me and trying to tear the screaming thing out of my arms. Instinctively I tighten my grip on it and open my eyes to see two blue blood guards trying to take Tali from me. I pull her closer to me and twist the blue looks loose their grip and I cradle the crying troll girl to my chest shielding her from the guards with my body.  " release the low blood, freak. " No! If you want her you have to take me too. " I state holding her as close to myself as possible. The guards look at each other then shrug " fine we will take you as well. " they state grabbing my arm. I tank my arm out of his grip " I can walk on my own just fine thank you very much. " they shrug and shove me towards the entrance of the cells and up a flight of stairs and down a bunch of twisting hallways until we stop in front of a failure pair of large purple doors. My grip on Tali tightens and I hide her face in the crook of my neck. I won't  let him hurt her. No matter what. I think as I pet her hair as she whimpers. " Don't worry Tali. I won't let them hurt you. I promise. " I say. " just keep your head down ok?" She nods and buries her face farther into my neck. I smile then look straight ahead my head held high and my smile fading a frown forming as the doors open and I see him. The Grand highblood sitting on his throne. His clubs were by his side and dripping with fresh blood. The guards shove me in and close the door. The stench was over powering but I refused to show that it bothered me. Tali tries lifting her head but I press her head back gently " don't look.  Stay still. " I whisper to her shivering form. He is just sitting there watching me. Not doing anything just sitting there. Staring. I frown and glare back at him. But my heart is pounding. I can feel my blood pumping in my veins. He chuckles suddenly and my blood runs cold. I  open my mouth to say something smart ass like usual but remember that I have Tali with me and close it again. If he gets fed up and kills me I won't be able to protect her. The chuckling stops and he looks at me a little confused before getting up a smirk on his face. " what motherfucker MEOW BEAST GOT YOUR TOUNGE?!" I keep silent baring me teeth slightly in a silent growl.  He is right in front of me now looking down at me and the small form in my arms. His smile grows wider" so you FOUND A MOTHERFUCKING FRIEND HUH?!" Tali starts shaking knowing that he was talking about her. I hold her closer and turn away from the grand highpaininmyass. To coo in her ear and rub her back.  What I didn't see as I was comforting  her is him standing there smiling at me when his hand shoots out and grabs one of my arms pulling it away from myself with ease. I look up at him startled angry and scared. I try pulling my arm back but it doesn't  work. Tali wraps her arms around my neck and holds on tightly and wraps her legs around my torso. I hold on tighter with my remaining hand. As his other hand flys out and grabs onto Tali's hair pulling. She cries out in pain and let's go of me. He rips her out of my arms screaming and crying. I cry out in alarm. "LET HER GO!! " I say using my arm to reach for her.  He just chuckles again. " or WHAT MOTHERFUCKER?!?" He says shaking her.  I growl and try reaching for her again. " or ILL KILL YOU!!" I scream lunging at her forgetting that he had my other arm in his hand. I cry out in pain as I almost rip my arm out of its socket. He chuckles again. " you think YOU COULD KILL ME YOU FILTHY LOWBLOOD?!?  I SHOULD JUST CULL YOU AND THIS TINY MOTHERFUCKER!!" He says his grip tightening on Tali as he shakes her. Her whimpering cries silence my tongue and I start to tear up as I look up at him anger burning in my eyes " let. Her. Go." He looks a little startled to see me crying but a smirk quickly forms on his face. " and WHAT IF I DONT?" " then I'll kill myself and deprive you of the joy of killing me. " I state a smirk playing on my lips as I feel his grip tighten on me before letting my arm drop. I lunge for Tali but he holds her higher. " ILL LET THE LITTLE FUCKER GO. ONLY IF I GET SOMETHING IN. RETURN . " he says a huge smirk on his face. My smirk drops. If I agree who knows what he will do to me. But if I don't if I don't it might become the Sighnless all over again. My head drops in defeat. " anything. Just. Please let her go. " I say raising  my  head again to look up at him. Sorrow and fear in my tear  filled eyes. He looked startled and drops Tali. I lunge out and catch her holding her shaking and sobbing form to my body. As I soothe her whispering and cooing in her ear. I start singing safe and sound quietly to her again. It's to comfort me just as much as its to comfort her. " GUARDS!!" The Highblood yells. Two blue bloods enter almost immediately. " TAKE THSI LITTLE LOWBLOOD TO A ROOM CLOSE TO MY QUARTERS. " he states before turning around and walking back to his throne and sitting down watching the blue bloods escort Tali and I out. I hold my head high as I walk out and I don't look back.

I just got Tali to fall asleep in our new quarters. I smile at her sleeping form inside some goo cocoon thing that she said were made for sleeping. I Absolutely refused to get in it which she found quite funny. But she made me promise to sleep by her. I promised and payed down on the floor next to the cocoon and watched her fall asleep before falling asleep my self. I wake up to feel something warm. I instinctively cuddle closer to the warmth when I feel it stiffen. Confused I open my eyes and look up to see the grand Highblood. I look up at him confused as I look around assessing the situation. I was in his arms and he was carrying me. My eyes widen and I start squirming. " let me go you bastard!!" I yell. He growls. And holds me tighter and closer to his body. I stop struggling after a bit relishing it's useless until I see where we are going. My eyes widen and I start to whimper and struggle again trying to get out of his arms once more.  He growls and adjusts his grip so I'm flush against his body. I'm shaking as images and memory's of the last time I was in this room came back to me. I whimper some more tears coming to my eyes. Suddenly he lets me go and I land on something soft with a Yelp. I look down and see a pile of blankets. I look up confused to see he is right in front of me. My eyes widen and I try scooting back when he grabs my arms and puts them over my head making me loose my support  and fall backwards with him on top  of me. I squeeze my eyes shut and turn away scared of what was going to happen. Because if something happens summoner won't be able to save me again. I feel a hand grab my chin and turn my head. I squeeze my eyes closed tighter when I feel something soft and warm against my lips. My eyes shoot open to see that he was. Kissing me. I was too shocked to move. The kiss was different then the one he forced on me last time. It was. Sweeter. Gentler. He pulls away. And looks down at me before rolling off and pulling me to his chest. " SLEEP " he commands. I was  to shocked and tired. to say anything or even struggle. And soon that's exactly what I did. I fell asleep. In his arms. On a pile of clothes. In the middle of his room.
