Kanan pov
After we saved Ezra from the inquisitor, he had suffered from a lot of injuries. Such as a few broken ribs and where he was stabbed, but mainly, he was covered in bruises.
"hey Ezra..." i said, trying to start a conversation with him."Hey Kanan, what happened?" he asked, slurring his words."you were kidnapped by the inquisitor, he tortured you and you were hurt very badly." i said trying to not tell him about getting stabbed
"Why does my stomach hurt the most then?" he questioned, he was full of questions.
"Because, you were stabbed, but fortunately, Hera fixed you up." i answered.
Just as I said her name, Hera walked into the room, "Hey Ezra, how are you doing?" her voice was full of compassion and care.
"I'm okay, just very tired is all." he said with a yawn.
"All right Ezra, just get some rest, we'll check on you again later." i told him.
As Hera and I walked out of medbay, I had to ask her something. "Hera, is he really going to be okay?"
"kanan, he's strong, I thought he could handle this," she started.
"Wait, you thought?!" I interrupted.
"Kanan, he has received many injuries... if only we got there faster." she said feeling responsible for this whole mess.
"Hera, we wouldn't know have gotten to him in time, he would have died in that place." I said trying to comfort her.
"Kanan, we still didn't prevent him getting stabbed!" She shouted back.
"Hera, we wouldn't know that was going to happen" I said back, trying not to scream.
"What if he died!?" She questioned.
"Except he didn't, he's safe here. And he's recovering quickly. " I said, trying to calm her down.
"Hera!!! Kanan!!!! Hurry get in here, now!" We heard Sabine yell from the other side of the Ghost.
When we entered medbay, Ezra was gone. "What happened?" I demanded.
"We don't know, Zeb and I went to go say hi to Ezra but when we came in, he was gone." Sabine said, with a confused look on her face.
"Darth Vader," I said knowing who took Ezra.
''What?" Zeb asked, not hearing what I said.
"Darth Vader has Ezra..." I said, with a shiver.
