Chapter 1

I woke up hearing something beeping in my head soon realizing it's just my clock "uh" I thought thinking it was the first day of school. Just because I'm a nerd as people call me doesn't mean I love school. I'm 18 and my name is Alexandra Chloe Anderson but my friends call me Alex.

"Alex wake up it's the first day of school" I heard my mom shout. My mom is a sweat women who loves to help others she is one of the best lawyers in the country while my dad is a CEO of one of the biggest companies in the world but they're always busy although that doesn't mean I don't see them I see them but not that much but I know they love me and care for me. I'm an only child but I've always wished for a little brother or sister.

"Coming" I shout back while wearing my jeans. I'm not that excited to go to school it's just the normal cliche school there is jocks, cheerleaders, nerds and regular people as always the jocks and cheerleaders are the popular ones but the most popular are Jake and his friends he is the bad boy and the hottest one of the school everyone is scared of him and all the girls wants him and there is his friends Daniel, Chris, Carlos and Cameron they're the most popular boys in the school and there is the queen bee head of the cheerleading team Hanna Thomson she's a rich spoiled girl who just uses her
parent's money although she's rich she brings cloth that are too short one word she's a bitch and she's always going after Jake.

I ran down the stairs to find mom making pancakes I love pancakes. "Delicious " I said to mom. She smiles at me and say " thank you dear" then dad comes in and ruffles my hair like he always do "good morning sweetie" I reply with a good morning. "I gotta go bye" I said to them and went outside to see my baby a Lamborghini that my parents had bought me for my birthday. With that I drove to school.

I parked my car at a nearby spot and then walked into the school. I wasn't a popular girl so no one paid attention. I went and found my locker put my stuff in it and checked what do I have first and it turned out I have math for the first period. Yay (note the sarcasm) when I closed the locker I found a girl standing in there smiling. I didn't have friends so it's nice if I get one for my senior year. She was smiling and said " hey I'm Ashley I'm new here" I smiled back and said " hey Ashley I'm Alex and welcome to River Lake high".

"Wanna be friends" she said I told her sure. She was beautiful blonde hair blue eyes and she looked like the badass type. While I had a brown hair with brown eyes but it's good to have a friend." What do u have first" she asked I said math and she has that too. While I was walking I bumped into non other than the queen be her self Hanna with her minions following her and guess what she was drinking her coke." Uh look what you did nerd" she shouted great now I'm drowned into attention " I'm sorry" I said but then she kept on blabbing on how much her cloth cost like I care." Your going to pay for this or else" she said.

"Or else what" Ashley snapped at her.She stayed silent for a moment and then said"uh who cares " and walked away with her minions behind her. "Thanks for sticking up for me" I said to Ashley."that's okay ur my friend now and that what friends do and besides she is a bitch" Ashley said.

We were walking when I hit something hard and fell Ashley kneeled down to help me."Watch out" She said to the boy who I bumped into still didn't see his face."Me she should watch where she's going nerd" he said pointing but I could realize that sound from far away. OH MY GOD I bumped into Jake Black JAKE FREAKING BLACK. Ashley helped me get up and was shouting at him I whispered to her to stop but she won't listen." Whatever" he said and walked away with his friends laughing."Don't you know who he was?" I told her she looked confused "and so what I don't care who he is anyways" she said.

"Ashley he is the school Bad boy Jake Black and he makes anyone's life a living hell so I don't think you should get near him" I told her." I don't care who he is " she replied. "Whatever lets get to class before it's late I don't want to be late on the first day" I said and dragged her to class. We enter the class to find Mr. Smith thankfully we weren't late we took seats next to each other and listened to Mr. Smith teaching.
