6 months later...

I know you probably want to know what happened. After learning about Roc we kept him on life support. His mother and no one else could let him go. I visited him everyday. I quit my job because I got a new one as chef also because....are you ready? Me and Ray are a couple. Since it's against the law for two employees to have relationships I quit. Ray stayed filling his Taco Bell dreams. Smh this Taco loving fool. We've been going strong ever since. Stacey still hated me and turned her nose up at me at school. I got familiar with Chres other friends Prodigy and Princeton. Chres,mother loved me and called me her daughter. My mom....turns out she was pregnant without knowing she had a beautiful daughter who she named Mayleah. I loved my little sister. My mom met a nice man named Marcus he had two sons one my age and the other old. They both hit on me all the time and Ray hated it. Besides Roc missing everything was great.

I jumped on Ray.

Adri ; Wake up baby!

Ray ; BYE FELICIA!

I started laughing because he goofy then I got up. I was homed school now so I got to chill for the day. Ray had work later. We both did online high school. Going to my real school brought to many memories of Roc. I turned on the shower and got my towel and stuff. I pulled the curtain back to see Ray in the shower.

Adri ; Da'fuq? I ran this for me.

Ray ; Too bad.

Adri ; Naw Naw Naw. You better scoot over.

We showered together. No we ain't do nun you nastys! I got dressed in a black fitted faux crop top, leggings one leg was red the other was black, and my black pumps with spikes on them. I curled my hair with a curling wand and did my make up. Concealer, mascara and a very dark cat eyes with liquid eyeliner. I put on red lipstick and slid on my Chanel shades they were black. I put on a red faux leather jacket that had 'The Devil Wears Prada' in black print on it. I sprayed on my Chanel #5 perfume and headed downstairs.

Ray ; Wow you look beautiful.

Adri ; Thanks. You look good yourself.

We went to Cold Stone, the movies, zap zone, and the animal shelter. It was now 7: 45 and we were on the river walk. The sun was setting and it was so peaceful and beautiful. My feet started hurting from the heels.

Ray ; (Picks me up bridal style)

He carried me to the beach part and the sky was a scarlet color with orange Nd purple faded in the back. He sat me down on my feet. Then he got on one knee and held my hands. OMG.

Ray ; Adri these past few months have been amazing. I still remember the first day I saw you washing dishes at Taco Bell. I still remember our wrestling match. I also remember how with each passing day I grew to love you more and more. You were there for me, encouraged me, and most of all you loved me for me. I don't know where I would be without you in my life. I know where young but I love you Adrianna and I hope one day we can get married. Until then I give you this Promise ring.

He slid a beautiful ring on my finger. It was a silver band with a clear blue diamond in the middle of it. On the back it had 'I Love You' encrusted on it. Tears poured out my eyes. He grabbed my face and kissed me passionately. I kissed back with my arms wrapped tightly around his neck.

Adri ; I love you too Rayan Lopez.

He held me to him tightly and smiled at me. I smiled back at him lost in his eyes. Suddenly my phone buzzed. I unlocked the screen and had a text message.
