This is basically the same as the Water Absorb team, except they all know Discharge.
Jolteon- It should have high special attack and speed, Its Moves should be Return, Thunder, Discharge, and Thunderbolt, but it can have different moves but with the same typing, it also should hold The Wide Lens.
Pachirisu - It should have High Special Defense and speed, Its moves should be Discharge, Thunderbolt, Hyper fang, and Last Resort, but it can have different moves but with the same typing, it also should hold The Magnet.
Thundurus - It should have High Special Attack and Speed, Its moves should be Discharge, Thunderbolt, Psychic, and Dark pulse, but it can have different moves but with the same typing, it also should hold The Shell Bell.
I Don't have the rest of the Pokemon for this part of the list, but you can be creative enough to make a team with these Pokemon :).
