All of my things were packed, Chara was hidden away underneath my left coat sleeve. Grabbing a piece of paper and my sharpie, I scratch down a letter,

Dear Mother and Avery,

Do not worry about me, not that you would anyway. You may never see me again, not that you care. Just know I will be happy.

-Bellinda

I walk to the bus stop with my bag over my shoulder. I sit down on the bench when a silver cat with green eyes begins to run against my leg, I pat the space next to me. The kitten let out a small mew before jumping up and allowing me to pet it.

"It seems you've found a familiar." says a tall woman dressed a bit peculiar. "I am Professor McGonagall, I am a teacher at Hogwarts, school of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

"Hello, Professor. I'm-"

"Bellinda Aweirgan, I'm aware."

"And I don't wish to have this as a familiar," I began.

"Then what would you like to have?"she asks.

"Charra?" I say as I feel her slither down my sleeve and watch her ebony head rest on my hand. The professor's eyes grow wide, I pull my hand back along with Charra. The professor snaps out of her thoughts and kneels down, holding out a hand.

"And who is this?"

"Her name is Charra." I say nudging the snake towards Professor McGonagall.

"I see, and how do you know this?"

"I asked her," I say, that was kind of a stupid question.

"Oh? well, let's get going. We need to get you your school supplies," she says as we warp into a very busy alleyway. "Welcome to Diagon Alley, now. You need a wand first so head into Olivander's wand shop."

"You aren't coming with me?" I ask.

"No Dear, buying a wand is a personal experience, not a group experience." she says, leading me up to the door. I open it reluctantly, walking to the counter. I look at the boxes mesmerized, Are they all filled with wands? I ask myself. I watch as a man walks up from behind the counter.

"Can I help you, Miss?" he says, waiting for me to give him my name.

"Oh, Belinda, Belinda Aweirgan. And I need a wand."

"Ah I should have guessed, could you by chance be the long lost daughter of Nathair Aweirgan?"

"I-I'm not sure."

"Well, I guess you wouldn't really. Now , lets get your wand." said Mr. Ollivander as he snatched a box from the top shelf, open the box and hands it to me. I stand there holding the wand, having no idea what to do. "Well give it a wave!" he says before I give a simple flick and what felt like fifty boxes fly off the shelves. "No not that one," he says taking the wand and takes another from the back. "Pear wood, 14 1/2 inches with a unicorn hair core." he says handing it to me. I feel reluctant when he tells me to wave it, something tells me not to. But I flick it, and as soon as I do fire begins to poor into the shop, cascading off the walls. Mr. Ollivander quickly casts a counter spell before anything could be ruined. "Nope!" he says taking a wand from the very front and placing it in my hands, it looked like a normal stick, only sanded, trimmed and polished, unlike the others which looked professional. "Beech wood, 12 3/4, with a dragon heart-string core." I wave it quickly not giving a moment of hesitation, at that moment a flock of doves flutter through the shop and out the door. I watch in awe as the beautiful birds passed by, I shoot my gaze back to Mr. Ollivander. He nods at me.

"So, what do I do know?" I ask.

"You leave." he says gesturing to the door.

"But don't I need to pay first?"

"Your father had that covered."

"O-okay," I say as I begin to walk out of the door. I show my new wand to the professor.

"Nice, lets get the rest then get you on the train."

We run back and forth down the alley a few times until we had gathered all of my supplies, then race to the train.

"Now, run at the wall between nine and ten. And get on the train, I will meet you at Hogwarts."

I do as I'm told and race my trolley through the wall expecting an impact but instead go straight through. Surprised. I take in a breath of relief, then board the train. I walk down the isle, seeing nearly every seat full, until reach I reach a seat filled with only a young, silver haired girl, who looked to be about my age. As soon as I stepped past the doors, the girl's gaze snapped to mine. I quickly looked to my feet and cowered back.

"N-no! You can sit with me!" the girl assured.

"T-thank you," I stutter as I sit down.

"No problem!" the girl hyped. "I'm Lupin! Lupin Moon." she says extending her hand.

"N-nice to meet you, I'm Bellinda. But you can call me Bell." I say shyly. Soon after a bit of small talk, a curly black haired boy walks in and asks if h could sit with us. Lupin shoot each other a glance then nod, he introduces himself to me first, then to Lupin.

"I'm Cain. Nice to meet you two."
