Note: this chapter is a flash back , just to let u know ( before the main character was born)
Runestay stalked into the busy camp of Aquaclan . There leader , a broad sholdered-blue eyed , black tabby , named Ebonystar sat upon the high rock, glaring suspiciously at her as she passed, as there deputy ( whisker foot) whispered in a hush voice . She ignored there suspicions and sat down to eat out side the nursery ; she liked watching all the kits playing and was often helping out with renewing the mossy bedding and bringing them water . She hoped to have her own one day. As she took a bite of the delicious meaty fleash , A creamy tabby queen by the name of honeysnow , sat beside
her. " hello again Runesky." Honeysnow purred " come to fetch some more water soaked moss again today?" The young queen purred in amusement. Runesky swallowed her mouth full and replyed " not unless you need some!:) how are your kits?" " they are getting bosturuss now !!" Honeysnow flicked her tail to the three rough hoisting kits " ugh" she moaned as the youngest kit , a grey Tom named Smoke kit , let out a painfull squeal . " Heatherkit !! Sheathed claws remember!!!" The blizzard white kit by the name of Heatherkit , had pierced Somkekits shoulder , which was now bleeding . " could you look after those two trouble makers for me ?" The queen asked . Runesky gave a cunt nod as the queen bounded off towards the med den ,with Smokekit being held by the scruff of his neck . Runesky finished her finch and sat up. The two she-cat kits must of herd her and they bounded up to her chanting her name . The other she-cat kit , a brown tabby named acornkit , asked her what game they would play today. But before Runesky could reply , her mate , Swallow-wing, bowled her over . " hey!" Runesky said in amusement " got ya " Swallow-wing gave her cheek a lick , as the two kits coed an aww. " well then little ones " Swallow-Wing got into a hunter crouch " how's your pouncing ?" The two kits looked at each other , mischive glowing in there eyes . They eyed each other and pounced at one another , battling with sheathed paws. Swallow-wing and Runesky giggled in unison as there leader called for a clan meeting . The kits followed as there mother was away , but soon bounded over to Honeysnow , as she settled with a cobwebbed Smokekit.
"Cats of Aquaclan" Eboneystars voice echoed around the hollow as he settled down on the highrock " it seems that all the cats in this clan are not pure!!" He spat as a cloud of hissing and disbelief arouse above them. Runesky locked eyes with him as he jump down from the high rock and stood infront of her . The crowd of cats parted into a circle, all eyes on the pale warrior she-cat . "W...what?!" Runesky nervously glanced around the hollow of angry eyes. "Runesky" Eboneystar spat " as a trater  of Aquaclan you are now banished !!" "F...for what?!" Runesky whimpered . She glanced over at her mate , a look of pure shock on his face . "No!" Heatherkit bounded into the circle and stood infront of Runesky , her pelt fluffed up in Anger. " Runesky has done nothing wrong!!" " move you pathetic kit!!" The mussily leader batted the kit away with his front paw , as Heatherkit bounded back to her mother , who licked her violently .
"W...what did I do..?" Runesky whimpered as tears bubbled at the rim of her eyes. " Awww is the little kitty gonna CRY??" Whisker foot sneared . " yeah ! Is the Kittypet life a better option for you???" Another warrior by the name of Eagelstorm chimmed in. Swallow-wing bounded over and stood over her mate " she has done nothing wrong !! Did u forget that our ancestor Firestar was a Kittypet?!" He fluffed up his play and hissed. Ebonystar stepped forward and batted Swallow-wing to the ground. He tryed to get up , but Eagelstorm pinned him down. " Runesky , you have till sunset to leave Aquaclan territory or my warriors will rip you to shreds ." He turned away so he could be herd more " any other cat that wishes to join this mutt may do so now!!" swallow-wing pushed the Tom off him and spat " I will follow Runesky!!" He padded over over to her and helped her up. He looked right at Eboneystar " you have made a grave mistake!! " he spat at the leader in disrespect . " I'll go!" Heatherkit bounded up to them. "And me!" The two other kits joined her sister and stood proudly next to the pair . " then I shall go to " Honeysnow added giving Runesky a lick " she has done only good to me and my kits ! So I must follow her now!" The clearing was silent befor Ebonystar announced " Very well then!! It is sunhight so leave at sundown or I will force you out!" The new band of cats padded up to the med den to gather advice and traveling herbs.
