George's PoV
I was having an amazing time Steph was having so much fun and I was really glad about. Me,Steph and Reece where all playing dodge ball with loads of other people and it was really fun we got out and started putting out shoes on until I turned to Reece and realise Blake isn't with us

" where's Blake?" I asked slightly worried

" er he should be in here somewhere? I'll go look you stay here" Reece spoke as he walked off in search of Blake

" I saw him and Emily leave earlier but I'm not sure why?" Steph spoke while she put her shoes on

" she always ruins things when we're together it's so annoying" I sighed as I sat down

" don't worry she didn't ruin anything today was amazing" Steph smiled

" you sure?" I asked worried that I hadn't done enough

" yes I'm sure stop worrying" she laughed

" guys oh sorry to interrupt but Blake isn't here I've looked everywhere" Reece ran back out of breath

" I'll call him where could he of gone?" I asked

" shouldn't you be saying where has she took him?" Reece raised his eyebrows as I nodded and we all got into a taxi back to mine.

" have you had a good day?" My mum smiled

" yes thanks" Steph smiled

" what's happened?" My mum asked as she saw my facial expression change as I was texting someone

" Emily's took Blake" I rolled my eyes and sat down on the sofa

" don't let her get to you she'll soon realise what fun she's missing" my mum spoke as she hit the CD button and cake by the ocean started to play as she started dancing

" mum please stop" I laughed covering my eyes

" okay sorry I'll go check on the dogs" she smiled walking off

" she's so embarrassing" I went slightly red

" she's funny" Steph laughed

" sometimes" Reece laughed

Stephs PoV
It was later on and it was just me and George in his room he was strumming on his guitar singing kiss me by ed Sheeran while I was lying on the bed and I was just thinking about my mum and when I should tell George and I thought it would be best if I told him sooner rather than later

" George" I simply spoke as I looked up

" yeah?" He smiled as he stopped playing

" I need to tell you something" I spoke as he looked worried and came and laid next to me

" what's the matter?" George looked st me worried as one arm wrapped around my back as he starred at me with wide eyes

" I haven't told you the full story" I sighed

" the full story of what I don't understand?" George looked confused

" about my mum I need to tell you what happened" I spoke as I lifted up the back of my top for him to see the massive scar that was hidden under the top of my jeans

" oh my god what's that from!" George placed his finger on it and ran along the scar like it was a tight rope for fingers

" when I was living in that house my mum would always get drunk because of my dad and she thought it would be good to take it out on me every night..." I spoke not making any eye contact

" OMG come here" George pulled me into a hug as my eyes where watering

" and that's why she's in jail and I'm so glad you saved me I really am this has been the best birthday ever and I mean it last year I was sat alone until my drunk mum came in and started shaking my head violently before it smashed against the wall I didn't go to hospital until a week later when my neighbour found my front door open and I was lying on the floor in the living room the doctor said I was very lucky and I'm just sorry I've brought my mum into your live I really am" tears streaming down my face as I told the story while George kept me save in his arms before letting go to plant a kiss on my face

He stayed hugging me for a while as Blake and Reece had gone to get nando's and a surprise apparently

" right come on Reece and Blake are here" George smiled as I smiled as I was nervous at what they'd got me George put his hands on my eyes as he walked behind me as I could hear him laughing at how bad his directions that he was saying outloud

" you ready? 3-2-1 open!" George spoke
