An attack on your mind and body
That no one can see or hear
No gunshots, No scars
But it seems as if you just died
Sometimes you will be triggered
Sometimes it will be a surprise
Sometimes they last for a long time
Sometimes they are short
It feels as if you are drowning
But you can swim and you try to move
But you are being pulled under with more force
And no one wants hear you scream
After you recover no one believes you
They tell you that it was for attention
That it was not a symptom of illness
Because they don't care about mental disorders
Some will make you panic
Some will render you paralyzed
Some will make you scream
Some will take your voice away
You can't breath
But you want to breath
You can't control your emotions
But you want to control them
They are the ruler of your mind
