A/N.
Hey lovelies!
I just want to thank you all got reading this book.
This chapter is based on one of HomeTown's concerts, in particular, when they perform Roses.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen the boys properly perform the song, therefore the events that accrue in the song are partly made up.
Anyway, I hope you Emory thus chapter sad the rest of the book.
Xx.Hannah' s POV.
"Oh.....My.....God look at you both!" Zoe announced, genuinely in awe at the pictures Dayl and I had taken.
"I know!' I squealed back in pure excitement, adrenaline still rushing through my body at the events that had taken place only a matter of minutes ago.
"He likes you." Zoe dreamily replies.
"What makes you say that?" I quizzed my best friend further, anticipating her answer.
"1, he spent a lot more time with you then any other fan, 2, have you seen the way he looked at you in these photos." Zoe gushed, showing me the photo of him kissing my cheek. I was just about to protest against her reasons, but she had already interjected me by saying.
"And 3, he didn't hug any other girl the way he hugged you. That is the honest truth."
I let out a defeated sigh, knowing that there was some truth and logic in what Zoe was saying.
"You know I'm right. You will find out soon enough." My best friend said teasingly. Two hours later.
"Wow!" I breathe out, taking in where I was.
"Finally! We're front row!" Zoe whispers, attempting to restrain herself from screaming at the top of her lungs.
Only a thin metal barrier stood between Dayl and I. No one behind us could push in front of it, as if they attempted to it would only result in me falling on stage. That's how close we were.
A single tear slipped from my eye, as the level of excitement became way too much.
I couldn't believe it. I was where I had spent 2 years of my life dreaming about being, and to be completely honest, I wasn't ready for what was about to unfold in front of me.
I was abruptly removed from my train of thought as a series of on going screams irrupted around me.
The lights in the venue dimmed, causing a moment of darkness to form over the arena. A short pause of silence fell over us, before the screams largely became louder, as the introduction to the show started.
The six boys ran on, causing me to manically scream like my life depended on it.
Dayl stood right in front of me.
His gaze met mine as he sang his heart out on stage.
"He keeps looking at you!" Zoe loudly shouts over the noise.
I softly laugh at my best friends out burst as I focused my gaze back onto Dayl, only to notice that he was once again looking at me intently. The show was well under way and Dayl was still staring at me.
"So, the next song we are going to sing is Roses!' Josh cheerfully announced, causing the awaiting crowd to let out an ear splitting scream once again.
The all too familiar backing track to Roses began to play as Brendan angelicly sang the first verse.
This was one of those moments I would never forget.
It was roughly half way through the song, and the five boys had given out the roses, which were purposely thrown out into the0 audience, to make it a more fair situation. Dayl, on the other hand, had still kept his in a firm grasp. He clutched it as if he was looking for someone in particular to give it to.
Who was he looking for?
The black haired boy scanned the audience looking for the mystery person. His pace picked up as he ran towards our side of the stage. A swarm of people made a feeble attempt at trying to push in front of us, in order to grab hold of the rose.
He carefully bent down in front of me, and our eyes met one another's once again. Girls pushed against me yet again, somehow causing me to move closer to Dayl. His hand that once held the ruby red rose reached out to me. I took the flower out of Dayl's grip and into my own.
I looked up to face the boy I loved, as I sent him a wide grin and sincere a 'thank you'.
