"So tell me, Angel, why did you come here?"

Hey, I'm Angel Philips..
About seventeen years old, and for the one who just asked me this critical question..? It's my physiologist, Doctor Alex.

Well, technically, I call him Alex since he told me that he was my friend.

Not sure if this is part of the therapy, or if he really is my friend.

Alex is a very attractive guy. In his mid- twenties- about 24 or 25 .

I have no idea how he's a psychologist at such a young age..

I believe he's following his father's footsteps, since his father was a psychotherapist, too..

Now, back to his question!

When he asks me that question, tons of thoughts and memories hit me like a brick across the face..

I go tongue-tied and speechless at that question, and suddenly, I'm in an entirely different planet..

"Earth to Angel..?" Alex started, his peculiarity perfectly arched brows cocked, "Are you okay? You seem to be lost in another planet," He continued, then lets a light, humorous laugh.

"Ehh.." I shrugged, "I'm just a little nervous.." I replied, my hands on my lap, being cautious as to not make direct eye contact.

I might pour my heart out..

But even if I think of pouring my heart out, what would I say..?

I don't know what to say, or how to paraphrase my bustling thoughts.

This is my first time talking to anyone about how I frequently feel..

This is all just a mistake..

Alex stared at me intently, his hazel eyes piercing my soul, "Why are you nervous?" He asked.

'Oh, God, stop it with the questions that I can't answer..!'

I thought, lifting my eyes to his,

"I told you we're friends, right?" He said, a faint smile on his face.

"Yeah I know we're friends, but.." I twiddled with my thumbs, "erm.." I couldn't make out a coherent sentence at all.

Thankfully, he cut me off:

"Of course you know that anything you're going to say will be top secret, right?" He reassured, " No one else would know. Except - of course- me and you. That's it." He was practically begging me to speak now, and still, I had nothing to say..
