Her breath expands in the night
She gets the news so sudden but expresses no fright
Her eyes are beautifully gorgeous, yet the pain has been hidden for years
It's not at all difficult to tell shes battling demons in war holding back tears
But those sudden moments when she is all alone, those are the moments you can't possibly seem to forget in her mind
While she is so compassionate and yes, she suffers but with empathy you will find
Yet it is her past, her horrific reputation that seems to put her in the position where she is at
Finding the water rather deep than shallow where she has sat
