Chapter 2

POV: Zonnique

Today is my birthday, TURN UPPPPPP😝😝😝😝!!!!!!!!! I am so excited! India and I are going to the St. Regis Hotel... or at least that's what our parents think 😏😏😏.What's really going down is that we are taking our boyfriends with us. I don't even really want to take Zoey😒😒, he is annoying as hell. But, since India is bringing Michael, I will bring Zoey. We are getting a joint room. The hotel is gorgeous, I am excited about that.

I walked down the hallway, saying thank you to everybody as they said "Happy Birthday" as I walked past. I made my way to the front of the school, in search of India. I found her in the office. I stood outside and waited for her to come out. She began walked out a couple of minutes later. I was fiddling with my fingers when she ran up to me. She hugged me tightly as she gave me a ton of kisses on my cheek.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!" She yelled

"That was my ear but thank you" I laughed as I hugged her back. I rolled my eyes as I saw Zoey walking up to me. He cheesed at me as he walked up to me. I put on a fake smile as he got closer.

"Happy Birthday, Baby" He said as his lips met mine. I smiled as he deepened the kiss. He tugged on my lip, asking for entrance. Reluctantly, I gave it to him. We tongue wrestled for a few minutes until India cleared her throat. I pulled away, chuckling.

"Save it for this weekend" India laughed.

"Speaking of this weekend, we gonna turn up or nah?" I cheesed

"We gonna get turnt up" India said as she rolled her hips. I gave her a high five and we started walking towards our classes.

Location: school cafeteria

POV: India

I walked down the hallway, hand in hand with Michael. I put the balloons and cake in the office earlier to hide it from Nique. I walked into the office. I saw Mrs. Hall and we walked up to her.

"Oh, hey, are you guys ready for the cake?" She asked.

"Yup!" I said.

"Michael go get the cake and balloons, go get everybody and set everything up. Text me when the lights in the cafeteria are ready to go out." I ordered.

"Alright" He agreed as he got started. I went into the little room in the back, getting ready to sing to Zonnique. As I sat and waited, I tapped my foot anxiously. I pulled my phone out of my pocket as it buzzed.

"Hello," I answered.

"Get on the mic, I'm about to put the cafeteria lights out. Zoey is bringing Zonnique in soon." H informed.

"Alright" I smiled, I took a deep breath as I pressed the button on the mic. The mic goes over the entire school, so everybody can hear me.

"Happy Birthday To You,

Happy Birthday Dear Nique

Happy Birthday To You........." I sang.

"Happy Birthday Zonnique, your are my best friend, scratch that you are my sister, I love you to pieces and hope you have a wonderful day, you deserve it. Muah!" I said into the mic. I let go of the button and walked back out into the main office.

"Thank you so much" I said to Mrs. Hall.

"You're welcome, this is really sweet of you." She said.

"Thanks" I said as I walked to the cafeteria.

Zonnique ran up to me and gave me a bear hug.

"Thank you so much!" She said, a tear of sheer happiness rolling down her cheek.

"You're welcome!" I said, hugging her back. We walked into the cafeteria. I grabbed the cake knife and began cutting and serving pieces to everybody, of course the birthday girl got the first pice though. We laughed, joked, there were kisses shared between couples and everyone had a good lunch hour. At 1 we all has to return to our normal schedules.
