The aftermath

One year later

A newly rebuilt Monster Island is officially opened. As tourists streamed into the newly built tourist attraction. A giant statue of Godzilla was erected as a memorial to the kaiju that has saved Earth. The large ambitheatre was built around a giant 3500 deep pool where tourists can watch and experience the live feeding of Judas, the giant shark. There were even buildings built for people to visit Jet Jaguar and Robot Daughter, the newest kaijus in the attraction. There was even a tram service built where tourists can take a tram to a large clear plains where they can see Rodan, Mothra, Battra, Komodithrax, Anguirus and Varan. Although the tourists loved the new Monster Island, but it just wasn't the same without the king of the monsters around. Armed guards were present, ensuring that order is maintained while employees cater to the visitor's every need. Dr. Shida and Steiner walked through the crowded streets bustling with happy people. Dr. Shida questioned," Hailee Steiner, shall we visit the museum of Godzilla before we see Captain Brody?" Steiner smiled and nod.

The pair strolled along the large spacious hallway. There was even a hall of fame where it shows pictures of Godzilla in all his past incarnations from 1954 to 2014, as Dr. Shida and Steiner walked to a large parapet where they can see a Godzilla statue on the water. As Steiner is checking her device for life as a precaution, Steiner's eyes widen in shock for she could have sworn she saw Godzilla's pulse move. Dr. Shida turned to Steiner and Steiner winked at him.

As the severed arm lie lifelessly underwater, all of a sudden, the arm glowed azure blue and surprisingly, the arm began to bulge and is seemingly growing. Thanks to Dr. Ichiro Serizawa's sarcrifice, Cthulhu has given Godzilla a second chance and this, a new regeneration is at hand.

Far away

Ghidorah woke up from a long slumber, feeling rather bizzare. Ghidorah has never felt this way before, but then again, regenerations tend to make one feel weird as Ghidorah has experienced it before but this time it's different. Ghidorah felt lighter, more graceful, more elegant and more....femine? Impossible! Ghidorah flew to the water to look at his reflection...only to realise, he has turned into a female. At first Ghidorah felt flabbergasted at his...no, her regeneration until Ghidorah looks at herself for the second time." Hm," She thought," Actually, it's not bad at all. I look way better than my male past lives. Heh, Godzilla is going to flip when he sees me again." But while she was admiring her looks, Ghidorah knew that now she's a female, King is no longer an approporiate term to address herself so she renamed herself, Queen Ghidorah. Queen Ghidorah flew up in the sky, but all of a sudden, she sensed a disturbance in the energy around the Universe. Queen Ghidorah fears that a powerful monster may be coming to Earth and even Godzilla would be powerless to stop it.

Monster Island

Ford sipped his coffee and he asked a technician," So, how are the repairs on M.O.G.U.E.R.A doing?" The technician simply shrugged and stated," Well the repairs are going great but the big girl is damaged pretty badly, it might take us months to complete the repairs."" Well, better keep up the good work, carry on." Ford dismissed the technician and he read his documents.

Author's note

The story is going to end soon but the adventure isn't over yet. I decided to let King Ghidorah regenerate into a female as a homage to the Doctor Who villian, the Master whose current form currently potrayed by Michelle Gomez. According the show, the Master used to be men in his past incarnations until a failed regeneration causes him to regenerate into a woman. Spoiler alert, there is going to be a fifth installment to conclude this whole series which I plan to complete by the end of this year then I will be writing other stories.
