Ages- Frank is 24 and Hazel is 21
Engagement- The demigods threw Hazel a 21st birthday party in New Rome with a mardi gras theme, and they had Apollo kids come and play music. They started playing one of Hazel's favorite songs from the 1940's and everyone danced. When the song was almost over, Frank got down on one knee and proposed to her. She blushed a deep crimson (of course!) and said yes! The party went on, while everyone congratgulated them.
