It was August 26th, I remember it so clearly. The sun was shining down in golden rays on my dark blonde hair. There was even a slight breeze which made it a perfect day, all until the cool kids of school found me. Then I could only remember dread, fear and lots of anxiety.
My name is Paisley Labored, and I am 17 years old. This is my story of being bullied. I tried so hard to fit in, to be like all the "cool kids." What I didn't realize, was that I did not have to be who they were. I didn't have to dress like them, do my makeup like them or have stupid gossip sessions every five minutes like them. The only thing I had to do, was.. simply... be....ME.....
