I ended up crying my self to sleep until Jonas and magcon came in to talk to me I explained what happened and I broke down to tears I went and sat back with Jacob "whe Jacob why I love u so much and I don't wanna lose u please wake up please " I kissed his fire head and went to get a cup of coffee on my way back I saw nurses and doctors rush into Jacobs room I dropped my cup and ran after them and saw Jacob awake "OMG " I ran to him "pleAss don't ever leave me please " "I won't I promise " We kissed and the doctors checked him up he was all good but had to goo home in a week so I'm leaving tour sadly but Ima be with my love and my nephew and niece and BFF

It's been 4 weeks scense we got home Jacobs off meds now and we have been better than ever the kids are 2 months and they look so much like mark and carol 😂🤔 Lias eyes from Mark there so blue and her hair is dirty blonde so a mixture of both parents Liam's eyes are blue with a tint of hazel and his hairs dirty blonde as well me and Jacob are playing with them rn and Pluto well let's just say he's in love with them I toke a pic of Jacob with them and captioned it "can't wait for my own lil family with the love of my life 😕💞"
Carol came and breast feeded the twins me and Jacob talked and he told me
