I sat down across from Mei, grabbing the menu as she grabed hers and looked through it.
I stated at her. Her hair is brown as autumn leaves... her eyes are like pools of chocolate... you could drown yourself in them... her lips.... her lips are so soft... I remember when we kissed her li-
I snap out of it. What am I thinking....? I'm interested in Ashlynn, not Mei. Mei is Mei... right...?

♡Mei's Pov♡
I caught Yamato staring at me.
"What?" I said, looking him in the eye.
Yamato's face was as red as a tomato.
"Noth-nothing... anyhow, did you decide on what you want?" Yamato replied quickly.
I stared at him in amusement. Did Yamato, the most popular guy in school, the "player", just blush???
"W-WHAT ARE Y-YOU LOOKING A-AT ME FOR?" Yamato stuttered.
I giggled. What was wrong with him...? He's usually so smooth....
I ignored him.
"Yeah. I'll have the yogurt and the brownie."
Yamato looked at me in surprise.
"What...?"
Was I missing something....?
Yamato laughed.
"Usually, the girls I went out with in the past ate nothing exsept salad and.... more salad. You're very unique......"
I blushed.
This is fake. I can't like him. This... this is just an.... act.
My insides turned at the word act.
I got up and ran out of the café as fast as I could, leaving Yamato yelling after me.
I continued to run and I didn't relize the tears down my face until I stopped and sat at a city bench over by a bus stop.
Yamato found me and ran up to me and looked at me with worried eyes.
"Wh...at...di...d...i...do..?" He panted. Sure enough, he was out of breath.
I wiped my eyes.
"Nothing."
Yamato looked up at me and sat down beside me and grabbed my hand in his. Before I could reject, he grasped it firmly.
"You know.... mei...." He looked into my eyes and put his lips close to mine so they were only an inch apart. "I think I'm falling in love with you."
