Part 3- All Good Things Come to an End

I'm just a typical Hawaii girl who loves to sing and play the ukulele who's too young for tears in the night. Love is an unexplainable feeling and Jonah knew exactly what to say or do to put a smile on your face. A man who can make you happy is a man who can keep you on your feet, a man who can drive you insane but keep you sane. You will always have someone you prioritize in life, and people who will love you for who you are; people who'll walk in and out of your life until you find the right ones to be a part of it. Jonah called me one day and asked to see my face. I turned on my camera and he looked me straight in the eyes and without hesitation, he asked me out. I froze up for a few seconds yet ended up happily saying YES with a huge smile on my face. Long-Distance didn't meant too much to us because we both know that distance doesn't define the love you have for someone until you can't handle not being with them. It took us weeks to say we really loved each other because we were taking things slow. But as time passed, our feelings for each other still remained there; the same. Our communication started fading after a while because he just got too busy to talk. It went from constant talking to a huge lack of communication. I was hurt but I waited because when you love someone, you know it's worth the wait. So I waited and waited and waited and waited. Nothing. But I never lost my feelings for him, no matter what but the more he was gone, the more I hurted and cried myself to sleep because of how much I missed him. I understood the fact that people get busy, but Jonah was in the military and it hurt more to think of what could happen..
