I have completely emptied my room and packed my boxes ready to move to Japan! My dad had a job transfer again but I'm happy because I have always wanted to go! My dad was going to go on a boat with all our stuff and me and my mom are taking a plane there. As we got in the plane I looked back to all the friends I made in New York I told them I will talk to them everyday but in reality we will just drift apart. When I used to live in Toronto I drifted apart from all my friends except for Chloe we are still best friends! As I looked down to see the last of New York I pulled out my phone to take a picture it was so pretty with all the bright lights. We got to Japan and it was absolutely beautiful it was so different from New York! Me and my mom slept in a hotel because dad won't be here till tomorrow with our stuff and may I mention I'm supper jet lagged. I went to bed excited to see the new house we would be moving into! As I rested my head on the pillow I felt my eyes get heavy and I slowly fell asleep. The next day my dad called my mom saying he's heading over to the new house with the moving truck. Me and my mom took a bus because we didn't have a car yet we walked to the new house and omg it was beautiful and so much bigger than the two bedroom apartment we lived in before! I found my room and instantly started decorating it with my stuff and furniture. Once my room was finally mostly done I went to my bathroom! Yes I have my own bathroom and looked in the mirror . I grabbed a cloth to wipe all the sweat off my face my brown hair was tied up in a messy bun with a bandana and my hazel eyes were glimmering with excitement I looked in the mirror at my freckles that danced across my face each a bit different. I flopped down on my bed and as I looked across my room I had one of those window seats I went to sit on it and as I looked out of the window.... I saw the house from across the street.
