Me and my house
It all started when one morning I woke up…and saw a cute, tall and handsome guy around my age with sparkling blue colored eyes is serving me breakfast on my bed. His words astonished me “Madam, you have to wake up…. You have exceeded your time and may get late to show your presentation to Mr. Christopher.”
“Oh shit!!! What time is it Noah?” I asked confusingly. Noah is my assistant cum servant cum cook cum friend cum alarm clock….basically he is my everything except boyfriend and life partner… Without him I don’t know what I would have done…”Madam it is almost nine o’clock.”
“Pass me my Maccy fast. By the way at what time is my meeting with him?????”
“Madam, your meeting is exactly in an hour.”
“I hope the presentation is complete” I said rather doubting because Layna and me were doing time pass last night when we sat to complete the presentation.
“Don’t worry madam Erik and I have looked after the presentation.”Noah said with a big smile on his face.Just at that moment I heard a soft knock followed by a knock as nice as door banging. I nodded my head and said, “Come in Alayna and Cathy.”
You see, my childhood friends Catherine, Alayna, Maddie, Amelia and I live in the same house for the past 3 years now. Alayna made the blueprints though she is a genetic engineer and works with me. Cathy made the interior designs; she is the best in her field; Maddie the best photographer in the whole of California clicked some beautiful pictures some related to our gang and other related to scenery and wildlife which are hung all around the house and Amelia is an archeologist by profession and for pass time writes books, she designed some of the best clothes we wear in our parties. We are the richest and the most known in our fields in California ….. And I myself am a marine biologist.
Alayna and Cathy came in…. both looked equally gorgeous…. Alayna is fair and her hair being wavy covers her whole face. She has clear chocolate colored eye and she was wearing a purple colored tang top along with red colored jeans, with long necklace and silver colored high heels. Cathy on the other hand is fairer than all of us wore a black glittering dress, backless with the hair being curly and fringe popping out; she looked like a fairy, the black dress perfectly contrasted to her complexion…..
Oh my god... I had completely forgotten that it was Alayna and Niall’s date (rang a bell… yup Niall horan from one direction) and it was the third year of Cathy and Harry’s(yup… again from one direction) relationship and she was taking us out for a treat. I, being one of their closest friends forgot to buy her a gift…… oh Christ!!!! Cathy is going to be so furious… I hate to see her angry as she turns red like hot iron at times even the thought sends up cold waves in the spine.
